However due to it’s narrow form the avionics were extremely challenging with most cadets plowing into a planet rather than flying around in it. Another shortcoming was the booster system; Tylium injected directly into all three burner assemblies causing rapid boosts in acceleration however the trade off was that the reactor was eventually starved of fuel causing full system blackouts and causing the Mk I to be dead in the water.
