The user focuses chakra around the eye in many layers, adding a transparent layer of an extension to it, the user effectively turns their eye into a compound eye consisting of thousands of individual photoreceptor units, allowing them to see at thousands of slightly different angles all at once. The jutsu allows him to see everything within his field of vision even if he is not directly looking at it. The abilities of the Sharingan and Noryokugan further add to this technique, giving him a greater scope of view than normal. Because it is an extra lens over his actual eye, Keiku can move his normal eye as well as focus on different targets from different angles simultaneously. Keiku combines this with his two dojutsu to achieve varying feats. The number of ommatidia can range from 4,000 to 30,000, depending on the will of the user. Due to the sheer number of lens on the eye, this technique gives the user 270° vision in both eyes and is especially good at picking up form and movement and allows the user to see polarized light. Because of the telescopic and microscopic abilities of the Noryokugan, Keiku is able to zoom in and out on his target, and his Sharingan is able to track and predict the movement of targets at the slightest of acute movement, it gives him unmatched visual prowess comparable to that of the Byakugan. This is one of the main reasons why Keiku is at his most dangerous when using both of his kekkei genkai dojutsu together.
