  • File:IconDamage.png (6/10) File:IconUtility.png (10/10) File:IconSurvivability.png (8/10) File:IconComplexity.png (4/10) Stitches is a character from the Warcraft series. While a warrior-type character, he can be customized to take on a siege role. Take care when traversing the shadowed trails of Duskwood... Ever since Abercrombie the Embalmer unleashed his abomination upon Darkshire, Stitches has wandered the road aimlessly, hungering for the flesh of low level Alliance players.
  • Stitches is a level 23 elite named abomination found in Duskwood. Abercrombie the Embalmer creates Stitches as a "gift" for Lord Ello Ebonlocke, the mayor of Darkshire — sending him to terrorize the town. When the first guard dies against Stitches, the Town Crier yells a warning to everyone in Duskwood that an "abomination of the undead" is approaching.[citation needed] It was common for a high-level player to single-handedly slay Stitches — taking the drama out of the situation. As of Cataclysm, the arrival of Stitches is phased content, so this no longer occurs.

Her goals are simple; to protect and serve... and also to patch up those unable to dodge bullets.

  • A five-man team of American soldiers are on their way to evacuate a small squad of British troops from the mountains of Afghanistan. Their helicopter suffers an engine failure and crash-lands in the mountains, far from home and well out of radio contact with their home base. Two of the crew members die in the crash, and of the three survivors, one has suffered a potentially life-threatening wound to the leg. Stitched is both a horror comic book from Avatar Press and a seventeen-minute short horror film. In both cases, it's written by Garth Ennis; in the former, it has art by Mike Wolfer.

Two of the crew members die in the crash, and of the three survivors, one has suffered a potentially life-threatening wound to the leg. They soon encounter an enemy that has it in for both them and the Taliban: the Stitched, undead creatures that tear any human they reach limb from limb, guided by mysterious men in black robes. With little ammunition, no food, no water, and a wounded companion, the soldiers must figure out a way to get out of Afghanistan before the Stitched or the Taliban find and kill them. Stitched is both a horror comic book from Avatar Press and a seventeen-minute short horror film. In both cases, it's written by Garth Ennis; in the former, it has art by Mike Wolfer.
