Toad informs to Phinio Bros. and Dino Bros. that Princess Peach has disappeared. The friends go to Mushroom Kingdom (Present). In Peach's castle the friends watch the other portal. Meanwhile in The O.W.C.A., Major Monogram informs all the Agents [of] from the misterious portals in Danville, in the portal from The O.W.C.A. appears Baby Perry the Platypus with Baby Terry the Tyrannosaurus informs over the portals. Back to Peach's castle the friends go to inside the portal and go to the past and they are attacked by the Shroobs, but in that moment appears Baby Phineas and Baby Ferb and they destroy all the Shroobs in the area. Meanwhile, Perry, Baby Perry, Terry and Baby Terry are figthing in the past Doofenshmirtz, Young Doofeshmirtz, Destructicon and Young Destructicon. During the travel the friends [are] found all The Mario Bros. (Mario, Luigi, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi) but in the moment appears Bowser with Baby Bowser. The Phinio Bros. defeat the Bowsers and go to Shroob Castle. In other place The Perrys and The Terrys are fighting the Shroobs and their monsters but Yoob eats the four Agents but this four escaped with the Yoshis. The Friends and The Mario Bros. fight Princess Shroob and her Twin sister and save the day.
