Frogoons are enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country Returns. They usually just hop up and down in one place. Some yellow Frogoons can attack the player by hopping toward him. Frogoons are green frogs in Donkey Kong Country Returns that jump high into the air to inflate themselves. They are very easy enemies to defeat. Even Diddy Kong's Peanut Popgun can defeat them. The only tricky part on defeating them is that Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong must be sure not to miss them, due to the fact that they jump extremely high and they are usually placed in an area where, if the player tries to kill them, the player will get injured before they are beaten. They will often appear in a group of three or four, which allows the Kongs to get a Banana Coin. When defeated, they go flying off into the breeze in a fashion that is similar to a punctured balloon. They are also seen in Mario Kart 7 as obstacles in DK's Jungle, but actually behave as Hopgoons by simply jumping back and
