The Living Dead 3 is a 1994 horror/thriller film of where a wicked scientist named Roey Plastic tries to re-create the work of the late Abbot Hayes by reanimating the dead using a copied verison of the machine that was used by Hayes and was dismantled following the zombie wipeout by the goverment in the second film. Plastic discovers the parts for the machine at the local San Francisco dump and collects them so that he can use them to create his own version, including a giant King Kong zombie using rubber material.
