Barbecue Barbecue Barbecue Barbecue
rdfs:comment
A barbecue, sometimes abbreviated BBQ, was a style of food preparation from Earth, typically consisting of cooking a large slab of meat over an open fire. Those from Texas, in the United States of America, were well known for putting on lavish Texas barbecues. (VOY: "Unity") In 1996, a man videotaping a barbecue in Los Angeles managed to film a temporally displaced USS Voyager. (VOY: "Future's End") Chef served a home-style barbecue meal on 24 August of that year, with the admonition to "bring your own bib". (ENT: "Singularity") The Barbecue is a room furniture item in Club Penguin Rewritten. It costs 450 coins in the Better Igloos catalog. Stewing Pots, Large Chopping Boards, and Grills all give the same amount of experience. Each complete round of cooking takes approximately 18 seconds. The term barbecue (or barbeque, in the UK and Australia) to a method of cooking that involves long, slow, indirect cooking with low heat, usually in a pit or special cooking chamber that is allowed to fill with smoke to add flavor to the food. Meats that are tough or large in size are best cooked for longer periods of cooking time to tenderize the meat and add flavor. The name Barbecue has been used in several continuities: * Barbecue (RAH) * Barbecue (Sigma 6) * Barbecue (Movie) * Barbecue (IDW) * Barbecue (Renegades) Image:Barbecue.pngDescription: BarbecuePrice:- US: $0.49 Terms of Service:Download is subject to the PlayStation(R)Network Terms of Service/User Agreement and any specific additional conditions applying to this item. Content may not be used by any other account. Barbecue is often described as a party animal who knows how to get people excited. But come the time that for an actual emergency, you can just as much trust him to maintain everyone's coolheadedness. "OK... who's ready to pahty?" __NOEDITSECTION__ __NOWYSIWYG__ In The Sims, barbecue grills are found on most Vacation Island lots and on some Downtown lots. They cannot be found on Old Town community lots, but can be placed on them. They are not available in Studio Town, or on Magic Town community lots. They can also be bought for residential use. All barbecue grills in The Sims have a Hunger rating of 4. "Barbecue" (or "Bar-B-Que") is a song by the Frogtown Hollow Jubilee Jugband in Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas. It is rehearsed by Emmet and friends at their treehouse for the talent show. After Yancy Woodchuck stole the song, they had to perform "Brothers" instead. The Barbe-Cute represents the latest in grill technology. Made from Metal-Mesquite, a revolutionary new fusion of wood and metal that combines the structural integrity of mesquite with the smoky aftertaste of a copper-aluminium alloy. Now that's good eatin'. It's summer. That means it's time to make meat get hot so you can bite it. Heat up meats like the pros with the Summer Meat Master. If you can carve it off an animal, you can char it on this grill. Its even-burn technology will heat every last molecule of food to whatever temperature you want. Create a decidedly non-raw meal for the whole family, and you might start to feel like YOU'RE the Meat Master! Obtain your own self-contained fire starter with this Incinerating Firepit by It's a Blaze Co. Its stone base and open frame provides maximum illumination and an efficient energy conversion ratio. You will definitely want to place this in the center of any living space or outdoot area. Marshmallows not included. Backyard snacks are fun thanks to the open flame roast and toast capabilities of the Patio Pyre! Constructed to be wind and rust resistant, the stylish casing is designed to keep flames burning bright deep into the night. Do you ever crave those rich tastes and flavors that public grilles impart to your food? Now you can enjoy them in the comfort of your very own backyard! Bring home the bold and risky flavors of a fresh-from-the-public-park Park 'n Grille today! Do you have a perpetual lust for grilled food? Are you tired of low-output barbeques that only char and maim? Lawson Grills Inc. has accelerated the evolution of the barbeque to meet the neglected needs of modern Sims. A patented humectants system reabsorbs grease while grilling, resulting in the moistest meat morsels ever! Guess who's coming to a cookout near you? __NOEDITSECTION__ __NOWYSIWYG__ A barbecue, sometimes abbreviated BBQ, was a style of food preparation from Earth, typically consisting of cooking a large slab of meat over an open fire. Those from Texas, in the United States of America, were well known for putting on lavish Texas barbecues. (VOY: "Unity") In 1996, a man videotaping a barbecue in Los Angeles managed to film a temporally displaced USS Voyager. (VOY: "Future's End") In 2152, Commander Tucker complained that he caught the three Takret that were aboard Enterprise NX-01 "throwing a barbecue next to a plasma manifold." He stated that he understood that the crew were explorers and that they were "supposed to keep an open mind about different cultures," but that the three Takret they had aboard with them were driving him crazy. (ENT: "The Catwalk"} Chef served a home-style barbecue meal on 24 August of that year, with the admonition to "bring your own bib". (ENT: "Singularity") Later that year, Tucker hallucinated eating steak at a barbecue, while under the influence of a Wisp. (ENT: "The Crossing") The mother of formerly assimilated Starfleet officer Riley Frazier was known for her famous Texas barbecue. After Frazier was freed from the Borg Collective, she had recurring dreams of her mother's barbecue. Prior to Chakotay's departure from the planet where she lived, he offered to replicate her some Texas barbecue, but noted that it probably wouldn't compare to her mother's. (VOY: "Unity") In 2373, while imprisoned aboard the Akritirian maximum security detention facility, Tom Paris tried to expel his hunger by fantasizing about barbecued T-bone steaks. (VOY: "The Chute") In 2375, Joseph Sisko served barbecued shrimp. (DS9: "Image in the Sand") Tom Paris also once described the effects of a space suit failing at 500 K as a "Human barbecue". (VOY: ) The term barbecue (or barbeque, in the UK and Australia) to a method of cooking that involves long, slow, indirect cooking with low heat, usually in a pit or special cooking chamber that is allowed to fill with smoke to add flavor to the food. Meats that are tough or large in size are best cooked for longer periods of cooking time to tenderize the meat and add flavor. (SGU: "The Hunt") The name Barbecue has been used in several continuities: * Barbecue (RAH) * Barbecue (Sigma 6) * Barbecue (Movie) * Barbecue (IDW) * Barbecue (Renegades) Image:Barbecue.pngDescription: BarbecuePrice:- US: $0.49 Terms of Service:Download is subject to the PlayStation(R)Network Terms of Service/User Agreement and any specific additional conditions applying to this item. In The Sims, barbecue grills are found on most Vacation Island lots and on some Downtown lots. They cannot be found on Old Town community lots, but can be placed on them. They are not available in Studio Town, or on Magic Town community lots. They can also be bought for residential use. All barbecue grills in The Sims have a Hunger rating of 4. Using a barbecue grill costs §20, and always produces a plate of burgers. Using it on a residential lot is generally like preparing a group meal, except that the grill is a greater fire hazard. It's recommended that Sims have four or five Cooking points before using it. Using a barbecue grill on a community lot is a bit different. The plate of burgers will be ignored by all Sims except for a) any members of the grilling Sim's family who are on the lot, or b) the grilling Sim's date (if any). Even they will ignore it after taking one serving, even if they're still hungry and there are still burgers on the plate. Even the Sim who grilled the plate of burgers will ignore it after taking one serving. Controllable Sims can be directed to take another burger from the plate, but will not do this autonomously. Also, townies and/or neighborhood Sims may grill autonomously, which can get costly because the controllable Sim(s) will be charged, unless the player is using a default replacement grill that has been fixed to prevent this. The player can direct controllable Sims to eat from these plates, so this can be used as an opportunity for socializing and relationship-building. Barbecue is often described as a party animal who knows how to get people excited. But come the time that for an actual emergency, you can just as much trust him to maintain everyone's coolheadedness. "OK... who's ready to pahty?" Stewing Pots, Large Chopping Boards, and Grills all give the same amount of experience. Each complete round of cooking takes approximately 18 seconds.
