Colorful peacock Pavé is the lead character during this event, and will host a variety of games that include the likes of guessing numbers, fake soccer matches, and attempting to tackle your inner psychic. By participating in these events you'll get candy, which in turn you should reward Pavé with. What rewards you'll reap are unknown at the time.
