Bumper (item)
rdfs:comment
Bumper is an item from the Super Smash Bros. series, which is also where it first appeared. The Bumper made its debut in the first Super Smash Bros. game. In this game, it could be placed on the ground, and will bump players who walk into it. This causes minor damage, and also pushes opponents away from the user. However, it can hurt the user of the item as well. Surprisingly, the Bumper can also be found on the Princess Peach's Castle stage. The Bumper was, surprisingly, absent from Super Smash Bros. Melee, where it was replaced by the similar item from Balloon Fight, the Flipper. The Bumper made an unexpected return in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, doing the same thing as it did in Super Smash Bros. However, this time, the item is larger, and can now hover in the air, like the Flipper did.
