Lana Skywalker was a Human female Jedi Padawan during the Third Galactic Civil War who was destined to be the Chosen One; because the Sith returned after the Battle of Endor, it became understood that Anakin Skywalker did not fulfill the prophecy. Lana was born as the daughter of the Sith Empress Andraste and Emperor Darth Exodeus, but she was taken to be raised by Jedi Master Jhon Cordatus at her mother’s request, before Andraste fully fell to the dark side of the Force. After the fall of the Galactic Alliance, Cordatus and the young Lana went into exile to hide from the Sith. While in hiding, Cordatus trained Lana, who aged rapidly due to the genetic growth acceleration she inherited from her father, as a Jedi, and she was given the adoptive name of Lana Cordatus. They trained together for nearly a decade, towards the end of which Lana yearned to leave their exile and officially join the New Jedi Order.
