Anton Jerik was a male Cathar pilot, explorer, and Jedi Knight. He was born on the Cathar homeworld in 17 BBY as part of a litter of two. Soon after their birth their parents, always adventurous, set out to travel the galaxy. For the first ten years of his life Anton bounced from home to home with the rest of his family, growing extremely close to his twin sister Lilani. However, the happy days were not to last. During a break in a jump from Ord Mantell to Taris, the Jerik family's YT-2000 freighter was attacked by pirates. Anton's father used his piloting skills to avoid the worst of the initial onslaught while Anton's mother tried to raise anyone on the holo.
