Nullifier
rdfs:comment
The Nullifier was an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer of the Imperial Navy. In 0 ABY, the Nullifier was present above Corulag soon before the events of the skirmish on Corulag. It was later dispatched to prevent two rebel Y-wings from destroying the cruiser Sodrab while it was still under reparation at Damorian Repair Yard near Draik 4. However, the Nullifier arrived too late and, when it started launching TIE/IN Interceptors, the Y-wings were already leaving the area. The Nullifier is a Remnant unit. Nullifiers are bipedal walkers. They are armored and can deploy a tactical shield. The beams that they fire are preceded by a blue tracking laser which will turn red upon activation, and can shoot through terrain. The only advantage of an ANTI-GRAVITY-POD, (considering its poor energy consumption to performance ratio) is its ability to turn sharply and to "stop on a dime." Acute maneuvers of this sort can be physically debilitating to anybody but a NULLIFIER! These A.G.P. pilots require a six hour weight workout every day simply to maintain their massive physique and high levels of endurance. Such training is necessary in order for them to command a vehicle that can reduce a normal man to a gelatinous pulp during the course of a simple turn. The Nullifier is an alien device of unknown origin that came into the hands of the Knothole Freedom Fighters of a possible future version of Mobius. Little was known of its workings, but Sonic felt that it was worth the risk to stop a maddened Knuckles from altering Mobius to his own ideals. The device was successful in stopping Knuckles, but cost him his right eye, something that he would hold against Sonic for years and point out as a possible cause of their world's deterioration. (StH: #140) It is unknown if the Nullifier existed in the alternate timeline.

n29:abstract
The only advantage of an ANTI-GRAVITY-POD, (considering its poor energy consumption to performance ratio) is its ability to turn sharply and to "stop on a dime." Acute maneuvers of this sort can be physically debilitating to anybody but a NULLIFIER! These A.G.P. pilots require a six hour weight workout every day simply to maintain their massive physique and high levels of endurance. Such training is necessary in order for them to command a vehicle that can reduce a normal man to a gelatinous pulp during the course of a simple turn. "Nullifiers are fed solely on a diet of high protein gruel that looks like grey mush and tastes like wet cardboard. Their muscles are always sore and their nerves are constantly on edge from the stress. Consequently, a Nullifier usually has the temperament of a rabid pit-bull, and is more likely to bite!" The Nullifier is a Remnant unit. Nullifiers are bipedal walkers. They are armored and can deploy a tactical shield. The beams that they fire are preceded by a blue tracking laser which will turn red upon activation, and can shoot through terrain.
