Zombie Dragon
rdfs:comment
Zombie Dragon is an enemy in MARDEK. The Zombie Dragon is the most high-level monster in Midgard. It was developed as a beta experiment by Loki to test a Mob's statistical limits. It was used as the 10th Seal Here lies the bones of the great ancestral Dragons: skulls the size of castle towers lie mingled with leg bones larger than the mast of an Imperial warship. These bones date from the ancients days of the draconic race. Though today's Dragons are of a lesser breed, they are still incomparably mightier than other races of the world. However, following the arrival of Chaos, the Plain of Bones has since become saturated with large amounts of Dark Magic. This magic eventually contaminated the remains of these Dragons, forcing them to rise once more as the first Zombie Dragons.[1a] Zombie Dragon is a race of Dragon creature in the Darkness Civilization. __TOC__ __NOEDITSECTION__ Zombie Dragon is the name given to the undead silver dragon which was killed by Xykon and reanimated as a mount from which to lead his army. When Xykon returned to his "back-up fortress" in the Southern Mountains, he found it occupied by a diverse collection of good-aligned monsters. At the top of the tower in the library where he kept the diary of Serini Toormuck was a silver dragon of unknown age. The dragon was killed by Xykon and company. Zombie Dragon is a monster in AdventureQuest Worlds. Tir McDohl led a battle party consisting of Gremio, Cleo, Viktor, Camille, and Tai Ho through the castle where they were challenged by the monster as they explored. Proving to be a relentless opponent, the monster punished the party with its bite attack and its particularly dangerous blue fire breath. Tir and his party, however, were successful in defeating the Zombie Dragon. Being a rather powerful monster, the Zombie Dragon proved to be immune to the effects of Tir's newly acquired Soul Eater Rune, forcing the team to rely on more tactical methods to defeat this deadly creature. The Fire Rune given to Cleo by Leknaat became an invaluable tool in exterminating this pest. Once defeated, the only slight reference that is ever made to this monster is Tai Ho's castle name suggestion, "Dragon

Zombie Dragons are careful to replace their bandages or stitches with regularity; otherwise they may have a leg fall off. Of course, some playful Zombie Dragons see the brighter side of this, and often swap legs with their friends for a laugh.
n190:
Zombie Dragons are known by many to eat other dragons, but really its mostly just some playful biting. Sure, they sometimes get carried away, and there have been some incidents, but most Zombie Dragons are producutive members of dragon society. They just aren’t invited to many dinner parties.

Zombie Dragons aren't a species of dragon, per se, but are hatched when dragon parents are infected with the zombie virus. The parents are immune to the virus, and the babies are healthy, but they aren't always held together well. Veteran dragon keepers often have to sew some of the baby Zombie Dragons back together again.

Many dragon enthusiasts wonder: how are Zombie Dragons able to fly? They are very large, very bony, and don't have wings. In truth, they actually aren't able to fly, but are able to glide across the air. Epic Zombie Dragons have mastered this technique over the years, and when they need to catch an extra updraft gust, they lose weight by dropping an unnecessary body part.

Zombie Dragon is an enemy in MARDEK. Zombie Dragon is the name given to the undead silver dragon which was killed by Xykon and reanimated as a mount from which to lead his army. After Redcloak amassed an army of hobgoblins, the silver dragon from the tower reappeared having been raised as a zombie. Xykon led his army from the mountains astride the undead beast. At the Battle of Azure City, Xykon was once again on the back of the undead silver dragon, this time under the effects of a Greater Invisibility spell, allowing him to reach the walls undetected. The wind from the dragon's wing flaps tipped off Hinjo and the order, and Sangwaan was able to see the dragon with True Seeing. However, she was immediately killed by the invisible dragon. Durkon dispelled the invisibility, and Roy jumped aboard the dragon to fight Xykon. During their battle, he chopped of its head. The head miraculously (or as V describes it, "a thinly veiled deus ex machina") fell on the Death Knight Xykon decoy saving Vaarsuvius' life. With the zombie dragon deprived of its bite attack, it was next to useless to the lich. He destroyed it with a Meteor Swarm with Roy still on it leading to the fighter's fall and death. __NOEDITSECTION__ Zombie Dragon is a monster in AdventureQuest Worlds. This magic eventually contaminated the remains of these Dragons, forcing them to rise once more as the first Zombie Dragons.[1a] Ever since then, Vampires and powerful Necromancers of all kinds have been known to take a pilgrimage to this ancient landscape where they pick through one amongst many Dragon remains. Once he finds a suitable corpse, the Vampire or Necromancer who use the excess Dark Magic that contaminates the land to resurrect the Dragon back to life as his eternal combat mount. These once majestic creatures stagger upright once more with a great despairing roar before stooping to allow their new master to ride atop their powerful shoulders.[1a] Animated by Dark Magic, a Zombie Dragon is borne aloft by great tattered wings, its body covered with thick, withered hide. Though in life it once breathed fire capable of melting steel, a Zombie Dragon can only belch forth a cloud of pestilent gas which strips flesh from bones and corrodes armor. A Zombie Dragon's claws and sword-like teeth remain as deadly as they ever were, and is still capable of ripping an armoured knight in half and swallowing his warhorse in one motion. When such a monster is used as a steed by a powerful Vampire Lord, even the greatest heroes quail before the raw might of undeath, for the combined might of Vampire and his Undead Dragon is enough to break the back of any army sent against them. Wreathed in a fog of rot and surrounded by swarms of blood-hungry flies, a Zombie Dragon can turn the tide of a battle purely by dint of its horrific presence.[1a] Tir McDohl led a battle party consisting of Gremio, Cleo, Viktor, Camille, and Tai Ho through the castle where they were challenged by the monster as they explored. Once defeated, the only slight reference that is ever made to this monster is Tai Ho's castle name suggestion, "Dragon Castle". Zombie Dragon is a race of Dragon creature in the Darkness Civilization. __TOC__
