Merchant ships, chest, Seal dives, etc occasionally offer this Special Item. Achievements also offer Gems. Gems are also available via In-App Purchase. Gems File:Gem.png are Infinity Heroes' premium that can be purchased directly from the Store. Gems may be used to purchase Medals, Gem Upgrades, Elixir, Logging, Mining and Gauntlet energy, and Card Packs. Gems are used to make certain items (rings, necklaces, reptile scale hand bracelets, reptile scale leg bracelets, reptile scale tail bracelets, dragon scale hand bracelet, dragon scale leg bracelet, and dragon scale tail bracelet) for your dragon. They can be purchased with any type of aura,in different levels depending on what color and level type of item you want to make. __TOC__ Cut gems are featured throughout the series on jewelry, cutie marks, clothing, and more. Rarity has a particular affinity towards gems: her cutie mark is three lozenge diamonds, and she uses a gem-finding spell in A Dog and Pony Show to get more gems for her gem-studded clothing, the same spell which triggered in The Cutie Mark Chronicles prior to her discovering a rock full of gems. Princess Celestia wears a jewel-studded crown and necklace, and the Elements of Harmony are studded with jewels that match the main ponies' cutie marks. In Sisterhooves Social, Sweetie Belle uses all of Rarity's "extremely rare" baby blue sapphires to form the shape of a heart and glues them on a drawing. In Hearth's Warming Eve, Twilight Sparkle and Rarity, in the respective roles of Clover the Clever and Pri Gems are valuable materials whiched are used in jewelcrafting. "Gems" are an extraterrestrial species of "magical" beings that play a key role in Gems Across The Cosmos, and Gems Across The Cosmos: The Next Generation. Gems are the items used to obtain wearable items for a Fantagian. Gems can be earned by playing Staries, Candy Swap, Magic Pop, Bullseye, Secret Adventure, and Bubble Bug or can be bought using eCoins. Gems are the game's "donation item". If you donate a certain amount of money you obtain a certain amount of gems. Also, these gems can be obtained by building a gem miner in your fortress. This method, however, requires large amounts of gold and time (at level 15, the gem miner pumps out 3 gems every week!) These gems can be used to learn high-level abilites (most of which can't be learned without them) or to identify purple or gold items found through battle or quests. These items are labeled as "unidentified" until a gem is spent to identify them. If you're adding more information the list can bug when you type a + sign, you can fix it by adding blank space in front of the + sign in the source editor (that's found from the small menu near save button). Here's a list of all gems / forge stones from best to worst (for gem exchange). You can't obtain a God's Tear gem via the exchange. NOTE: Some of the stones have same value level which isn't shown on this list! You can forge 2 major gems and a 1 minor gem. Forging 2 of the same major gems usually boosts the damage / slots / ability / mighty / massive critical / etc. bonuses. There are several different types of gems that can be found in Dragon Age: Origins as well as its DLCs and expansion. They typically appear under the "Other" category within the inventory. Note: For 'Remarkable' gems, see Gifts. Gems are the found in gameboard of Rainbowtail (Game). Gems are in Divinity II: Ego Draconis. They are required for a variety of weapon, armor, and jewelry enchantments, which can be preformed by enchanters. Mining ore veins provides units of ore, along with a chance of procuring various gems. Each type of ore vein can produce different types of gems (e.g. mining a Droxlerite vein can provide Spinel or Opal gems). Gems can also be obtained from the Battle Tower runners, merchants, as random loot, or as quest rewards. List of gems: Want to know how to use them? Look at Magic The gems are a group of 30 items that are found only at the Curio Shop. They are found when you go in the mines and are lucky to find them. The have various degrees of price and commoness. Some are very expensive (because they're rare or are Gem of the Day) while others are cheap (because they are found most of the time). If you find all 30 you can trade it for a Webkinz Crown of Wonder. The acronym GEMS may refer to * Geographical Event Mapping System (California) * GSA Enterprise Messaging Services Gems are magical enhancements that can be equipped to your weapon or armor. Hex Gems can be applied to Armor, and Jag Gems are applied to weapons. As a standard action, you can apply a Gem to a weapon or armor, it can subsequently be removed and placed on another weapon or armor as a standard action. Each one possesses an enhancement bonus, this bonus cannot bypass the maximum enhancement bonus a weapon or armor can possess. Creation: Craft Wondrous Item, Holy Smite, Cost: Listed bonus Cost: 18,000 (+2), 32,000 (+3), 50,000 (+4) Creation: Craft Wondrous Item, summon monster I, Cost: Listed bonus A RubyGem is a software package, commonly called a “gem”. Gems contain a packaged Ruby application or library. Gems are designed to be very easy to install (i.e. gem install rspec-rails) and help separate various tasks into separate modules. As well as using 3rd party gems you can create your own gems. Gems can be obtained from mining, trading with other players, and as occasional monster drops. Using the Crafting skill, uncut gems can be cut, combined with precious metals to make jewellery and then enchanted using the Magic skill. Gems can also be cut into gem bolt tips. Wearing a charged Amulet of Glory increases a player's chances of unearthing a gem while mining. However, one does not receive any additional Mining experience if one manages to mine a gem in such a fashion. File:TerrainSpecial Gems.png Gems are a fairly-common and highly-prized type of Terrain Special - specifically one of the Minerals. This mineral appears as a bright diamond on the overland map, and is found only on Desert tiles by default. It is somewhat more common on Arcanus than on Myrror. The presence of a single tile of Gems within the catchment area of a Town will raise that town's Gold output by exactly File:Icon Gold.png . This can be further boosted by the presence of the Marketplace, Bank, and/or Miners' Guild in this town. Gems are the primary method through which the Habitica developers receive financial support. Habitica is not a pay-to-win game and gem purchases are not necessary to enjoy the game. Gem-purchasable items are usually one of the following: shareable (e.g., pet quests), entirely cosmetic (e.g., backgrounds), or achievable with time (e.g., Orb of Rebirth). Additionally, any items bought with gems will not give the player an advantage in their stats. There are currently five ways to obtain gems: Gems is one of 2 currencies in the game. They are used to unlock and upgrade most characters (some require purchase with real money). It is also used for the Slot Machine, revivals (an ad can be watched instead), upgrading the Safe, Book Pile, Pet Food, Plant, and unlocking the chest near the Base door. Gems are obtained after every run, whether it is a death or a victory. 50 gems for each portal gone through, plus an additional 1 gem for every 2 enemies defeated and 1 gem for every 2 gold. The "Get more gems at the end of each game" buff gives around 200 gems (205 gems). Gems (known as Treasure in Spyro the Dragon and also called Dragon Treasure in Enter the Dragonfly) are the signature collectible in the Spyro the Dragon franchise and can be found in nearly every realm of every game. Gems act as the currency of the Spyro universe. Amethyst • • • Sapphire • • • Emerald Ruby • • • Diamond • • • Topaz • • • Skull Gems come in four flavors, and have no base use, but each can be a tasty magical condiment for your salad of power. Gems are one of the most wanted currencies in ourWorld, they appear as green emerald shaped gems located on the top bar besides your coins. A great topic on the ourWorld Forums explains how to obtain more gems: Unlike Coins, Gems are used to buy more exclusive content but much harder to obtain. Gems are hold items introduced in Pokémon Black and White. These items can be found throughout dust clouds inside caves. There is a total of seventeen gems, each corresponding with a type. When held by a Pokémon, it strengthens the move type by 50%. It's good for only one use. Afterwards, the gem disappears. Gems (File:M-gem.png) are used to purchase , welcome , and speed activities up in the Kingdom. They can be earned by collecting Kingdom and character level-up rewards, collecting Daily Login Rewards, watching videos, and more. Players can also purchase Gems from the Currency Shop. Access the shop by tapping the (+) icon next to the Gem counter at the top of the screen. Gems are colorful objects that can be seen in the Wonderland Adventures Trilogy. Just like coins, they are collectable, but not always required to complete a level. Gems are also a frequent drop from a wide range of monsters as a viable part of the Rare Drop Table and are occasionally given out as gifts from various Random Events. Gems can also be mined from the gem rocks in the northwest corner of Shilo Village. Some gems can be purchased or sold (or stolen) at a gem shop identified with a red gem icon on the map (File:Gem shop icon.png). Jäsenet voivat käyttää ring of wealthia kaivaessaan, jolloin leikaamattomia jalokiviä saa huomattavasti enemmän. Gems can be found while mining ore. They are quite rare, but very valuable. A comprehensive guide to the GEMS system has been written by David Poole. It is available at the GOMOG website via the following link: You can have up to three pouches, but you have access to only one pouch when you start the game. Higher Wizardry skill allows you to use the other pouches, which can be tailored to serve different functions, like pouches that focus on damage dealing, recovery, or escape. Note however, that if you switch between pouches in the middle of a fight, any gems in play and in the draw slot will be returned to the pouch, and you must wait for new gems to be drawn from the new pouch. Gems are one of the 31 Rare Resources in the game and available from the beginning. They appear as a small patch of blue, red, and green sparkling gems and can be found on the sides of mountains, rather than on flat land. Like with all rare resources on land, they can be gathered by sending a Merchant from the Market to the resource location. Gems provide the following benefits: Gems of various colors can be dug up from the Mine. After having discovered them the first time, you can purchase them from Ivor Bargain. You can also get them by planting a Gem tree and harvesting them. This page is a list of all gems in ADOM. Gems come in three categories: magical gems, valuable gems, and worthless glass. All of them weigh 1s. Gems can be used with slings. The base damage value is 1d1 rather than the 1d4 of a rock, but they are lighter, and crystals of fire will create fireballs at their point of impact. n27:abstract
Gems are the items used to obtain wearable items for a Fantagian. Gems can be earned by playing Staries, Candy Swap, Magic Pop, Bullseye, Secret Adventure, and Bubble Bug or can be bought using eCoins. The gems are a group of 30 items that are found only at the Curio Shop. Want to know how to use them? Look at Magic A gem can be combined with a necklace to create a gem necklace. The necklace is named and colored based on the gem that was set into it. A gem can also be combined with hide to make goggles. A pair of goggles are named and colored based on the gem it was made from. Gems can also be dropped by all the monsters in the Templar Dungeon. Gems (Gemstones) are minerals which are especially beautiful and desired by the peoples of Arda. Many are crystalline and transparent, though some varieties are opaque. Most can be worked to accent their beauty. In Club Penguin, there are many gems to be found. Gems are valuable materials whiched are used in jewelcrafting. Gems as a species are characterized by the gemstone each Gem has embedded somewhere on their bodies which seems to be analogous to a brain or CPU. Gems' physical forms are projections from their gemstone, and Gems may change their physical form at will (although shapeshifting is not permanent and Gems will return to their "default" form eventually), with their only constant feature being their gemstone and color palette. All Gems are inherently sexless and the species lacks sexual dimorphism, although Gems' physical forms typically have characteristics associated with human femininity, with the only exception thus far being Steven, due to his half human parentage. Gems have numerous abilities, which can vary from Gem to Gem, including weapon summoning, fusion, the power to 'store' material in their gemstones, and bubble creation. Lapis Lazuli has no weapon but instead possesses hydrokinesis. Similar to this is Pearl's Psammokinesis. All Gems with their own weapon have the ability to direct energy through their weapons, such as Garnet using her gauntlets to charge Greg's van, Pearl firing an energy blast from the tip of her spear, and Amethyst sending bursts of energy through her whip or whips. Gems are functionally immortal and do not require food or sleep (although Gems can still eat and sleep if they so desire). The only way to permanently destroy or "kill" a Gem is to destroy their gemstone. If a Gem's physical form is badly injured, they will retreat into their gemstone to regenerate. Regeneration is special in that Gems can make permanent changes to their physical form while regenerating. The length of the regeneration process can range from minutes to weeks, but a "rushed" regeneration can suffer from physical deformities (such as Amethyst in "Reformed"). Regeneration can be prevented if a Gemstone is bubbled or otherwise constricted, such as within a mirror or a pillow. If a Gem's gemstone is damaged, their physical form will deteriorate and "glitch". Gem Shards, the remnants of a shattered gemstone, possess a "powerful partial consciousness" which can grant sentience to their containers and have been used to create drone soldiers. Gem Shards have also been forced to fuse together over time to form a Cluster Gem. Gems (File:M-gem.png) are the 2nd main type of currency used in Disney Magic Kingdoms. They have been released at the installation of the game and are much more harder to find than magic File:Magic.png. They have special purposes and are only used to: There are many ways to unlock gems (File:M-gem.png) although they stay a rare source to the game. Here are some methods that can be used to find gems although those are just here to list a few: Finally, gems (File:M-gem.png) can also be purchased by the player with real money. The best deal goes up to File:M-gem.png3000, those can then be used to unlock new premium items. Gems (宝石, Houseki?) is an antique item found in Breath of Fire III. It can be sold for 200z. When you start off the game, your pouch has 5 gem slots, each of which can be filled with a gem. Starting at character level 6 you gain another gem slot in your pouch for each character level, up to 50 slots at level 50. Although all slots can be filled with gems, you aren't obligated to do so; if you are in battle and the random current draw would be an empty slot from the pouch, a Default Escape gem appears instead in the current draw slot. Gems are custom items that work like accessory cards. Each type of gem has its own effect. Gems in eRO have different grade levels, ranging from G1 to G10. Click here to jump to the table of gems. Players can cut gems at Gem Cutting after completing one of Petra's Forgotten Temple quests. Chapter 7 introduces Abel who allows players to cut G8-G10 gems after completing the Forgotten Temple quest 30 times. There are several different types of gems that can be found in Dragon Age: Origins as well as its DLCs and expansion. They typically appear under the "Other" category within the inventory. Note: For 'Remarkable' gems, see Gifts. Gems File:Gem.png are Infinity Heroes' premium that can be purchased directly from the Store. Gems may be used to purchase Medals, Gem Upgrades, Elixir, Logging, Mining and Gauntlet energy, and Card Packs. Gems are colorful objects that can be seen in the Wonderland Adventures Trilogy. Just like coins, they are collectable, but not always required to complete a level. "Gems" are an extraterrestrial species of "magical" beings that play a key role in Gems Across The Cosmos, and Gems Across The Cosmos: The Next Generation. Gems come in four flavors, and have no base use, but each can be a tasty magical condiment for your salad of power. Cut gems are featured throughout the series on jewelry, cutie marks, clothing, and more. In Hearth's Warming Eve, Twilight Sparkle and Rarity, in the respective roles of Clover the Clever and Princess Platinum, find a mountainside encrusted with gems. Spike's gem-eating diet is first introduced in The Ticket Master where he asks the waiter for rubies. He expresses his love of eating gems in several other episodes, and he's shown eating gems in A Dog and Pony Show, Over a Barrel, Owl's Well That Ends Well, Dragon Quest, Party of One, Secret of My Excess, Just for Sidekicks, and Princess Spike. Both the red dragon in Dragonshy and the green dragon in Owl's Well That Ends Well hoard gold and gems in their lairs. In Just for Sidekicks, it is also shown that ponies can and will accept gems as an alternative form of currency in place of bits. Even one tiny, ruby-colored gem was enough for the Cutie Mark Crusaders to purchase a large, industrial-sized pet dryer. In the same episode, Zecora donates a gem to a Filly Guide charity, and Spike is forced to use several gems to pay a bribe, get onto a train, and as compensation for food the pets ate. In Rarity Takes Manehattan, Rarity tips a hotel bellhop with gems and insists that he keep the change. Merchant ships, chest, Seal dives, etc occasionally offer this Special Item. Achievements also offer Gems. Gems are also available via In-App Purchase. Gems can be changed into Coal using the Transmute spell, and Coal can be changed into Gems using the same method. Gems can be removed from a tile by raising a Volcano in that tile. Corruption temporarily removes the bonus that Gems give to nearby towns. There is a +-64m variance on their spawning range. All gems can be used to create Focusing Lens of varying quality, which increase the energy transmission speed of the Laser Energy Transmitter as well Location Markers. In addition, some gems have other uses, as explained in the detail pages. Gems zijn edelstenen. Wanneer een speler aan het minen is (zie mining), kan hij soms een gem minen. Rubies are special items that can be used to buy new weapons and armor and also special features. Buy gems using real world money at the ruby merchant. Gems are the found in gameboard of Rainbowtail (Game). A comprehensive guide to the GEMS system has been written by David Poole. It is available at the GOMOG website via the following link: Gems are also a frequent drop from a wide range of monsters as a viable part of the Rare Drop Table and are occasionally given out as gifts from various Random Events. Gems can also be mined from the gem rocks in the northwest corner of Shilo Village. Some gems can be purchased or sold (or stolen) at a gem shop identified with a red gem icon on the map (File:Gem shop icon.png). This method, however, requires large amounts of gold and time (at level 15, the gem miner pumps out 3 gems every week!) Gems are the primary method through which the Habitica developers receive financial support. Here's a list of all gems / forge stones from best to worst (for gem exchange). You can't obtain a God's Tear gem via the exchange. Gems of various colors can be dug up from the Mine. After having discovered them the first time, you can purchase them from Ivor Bargain. You can also get them by planting a Gem tree and harvesting them. Gems provide the following benefits: * File:Knowledge.jpg Knowledge gather rate +10 * File:Wealth.jpg Wealth gather rate +10 * +2 to all National borders File:Gems.jpg Note, that Knowledge is not gathered until a nation has entered the Classical Age. The Greeks may gather Knowledge from the beginning, making an early exploitation of this resource more useful. The border expanding effect isn't all that significant, when compared to other methods of border expansion (e.g., Civic Research adds +4 each time), but it might still prove useful. Gems are obtained by building a Mine improvement on the resource. A mined Gems tile provides a total of +1File:Production.gif/+5File:Commerce.gif to the tile, and an unmined Gems tile provides a +2File:Commerce.gif to the tile. Each city connected to the Gems resource gains a +1File:Happy.gif. If a city has a Forge, then the effect is increased to +2File:Happy.gif. In addition, the Kuriotates have access to the Jeweler unique building that grants an extra +1File:Happy.gif to the city.
