The Chinese word for dragon is Lóng (traditional ch. 龍, simplified 龙, or Lung). Dragons of Chinese mythology have the body of a snake, the mane of a lion, antlers and four legs. The Lóng are water dragon that appear often in Chinese mythology. Although they are generally considered good creatures as opposed to Western Dragons , they should be viewed as neutral beings that can bring destruction when enraged. The Chinese dragons were mythical dragons in Chinese mythology and folklore on Earth. In 2270, Captain Kirk and the USS Enterprise encountered Kukulkan, an alien being who had visited Earth in the ancient past. Kirk surmised that this early first contact was the source of the Chinese dragon myths. (TAS: "How Sharper Than a Serpent's Tooth") In TNG: "Code of Honor" , the Centerplace on Ligon II featured a sculpture of a Chinese dragon. It was not specified in the episode if the prop was used to represent a Ligonian sculpture, or an sculpture of Earth origin acquired by the Ligonians. obtained from contest in forum Zongwo Long the Chinese Dragon is an Asian dragon that is said to by a symbol as a sign of good. Chinese Dragon is an animal in FarmVille. It was released on January 30th, 2011 as part of the 35th File:Mystery Game-icon.png Mystery Game. Chinese dragons traditionally symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, hurricane, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck. With this, the Emperor of China usually used the dragon as a symbol of his imperial power and strength. In Chinese daily language, excellent and outstanding people are compared to the dragon while incapable people with no achievements are compared with other, disesteemed creatures, such as the worm. A number of Chinese proverbs and idioms feature references to the dragon, for example: "Hoping one's son will become a dragon" (望子成龍, i.e. be as a dragon). The Chinese word for dragon is Lóng (traditional ch. 龍, simplified 龙, or Lung). Dragons of Chinese mythology have the body of a snake, the mane of a lion, antlers and four legs.
