Anguirus is an ankylosaur that survived mass extinction. In the game he is an earth-defender and thus, an ally of Godzilla. Anguirus travels aroung on fours but in combat will stand on 2 legs. He has an ankylosaur body structure covered with spikes on his back head and tail. Anguirus performs standard swipe, bite and tail smack attacks and is capable of curling into a ball to fight multiple enemies. He is capable of firing a sonic roar that sends enemies flying. Though being the first monster Godzilla ever fought, he has allied himself with the King of Monsters on several instances against more dangerous threats, eventually becoming his most trusted ally.
