Lookers are large, floating coleopteranoids are utilized by the Pfhor to guard areas - generally tight corridors to maximize their lethality. They are ordered, trained, programmed, or perhaps even controlled by instinct to charge at Humans of any variety (both those attempting to fight the Pfhor as well as BOBs), and upon reaching their target they will explode violently, dealing considerable damage as one might expect from such a detonation. It is not entirely clear as to whether they are an actual member of the Pfhor Slavers and therefore presumably sapient (or trained like attack dogs or if they are instead simple pests that happen to infest Pfhor ships. Looker is an undercover inspector for the International Police. He sat in the car, patiently waiting. It was a hot summer's day and the air was humid. The car had grown hotter throughout the day, but he had been too absorbed in his work to notice. He looked up from the file he was looking through to check out his surroundings. It was almost time... Looker is a super-hero with psionic abilities including telepathy, telekinesis, psychometry and energy blasts. In her civilian identity she was a mousy bank teller in Gotham City, although her appearance improved when she gained powers. Her metahuman abilities were activated through exposure to a comet when the Outsiders rescued her from Abyssia, and she became a member of their team. During a mission in Markovia she was turned into a vampire by the villainous Prince Roderick. Despite this, she has continued her career as a super-hero.
