rdfs:comment
Corset is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He is the mayor of Daten City, as well as the boss of the demon sisters, Scanty, and Kneesocks. The population of Daten City seems largely unaware that the mayor is a demon, despite his suspicious appearance. Much like Garterbelt, Corset often finds himself unsatisfied with the poor performance of his employees, Scanty, and Kneesocks, especially when he finds them slacking off and wasting money. He is significantly more proactive in punishing his subordinates than Garterbelt is, though. Corset is the series's main antagonist and seeks to obtain Hell's Monkey, a mystical key that has the power to unlock Hell's Gate, in order to unleash The Other Gods. All this is a part of his goal to take over Heaven and Earth. Description: Type: Body Gear Class: Materials: Bad Gold Ore x2 Equip: Body Effect: Defense +12 Gain in: Create by Adrienne. Price: The Corset is a piece of female-only undergarment clothing available in Soulcalibur V. Corset is the main villain in the anime series Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. He is the mayor of Daten City and a powerful demon who may be the father of Scanty and Kneesocks (although it is also possible and even probable that he is just their employer). Corset first appears in the episode D.C. Confidential. A corset was a type of clothing worn by women in the Victorian era. While conversing with Reginald Barclay in 2369, Countess Regina Barthalomew recalled finding it hard to return to wearing corsets after returning from an African safari with her uncle, during which she wore trousers instead.(TNG: "Ship in a Bottle" ) A corset was a woman's foundation garment, reinforced with stays, that supported the waistline, hips and bust. Elizabeth Swann once wore a corset for James Norrington's promotion. The corset is a piece of clothing in Fallout 4. The Corset is an upper body clothing item available in Fable II. This item can be purchased from most clothing shops and traders throughout Albion. It can be used for The Sepulchre Demon Door. CORSET is a steampunk band which has opened for the band Abney Park, but what one is able to find of them on the internet is not engineered very well. The female voice is too faint and is shoved into the background. Their presence on myspace is here, and their presence on facebook is here. In time the corset became a popular subject for artists, especially the Pre-Raphaelites who revelled human suffering in all its permutations. Oscar Wilde can be seen wearing a corset in the famous painting, The Raft of the Medusa, and Napoleon was said never to have gone into battle without first being laced into his favourite corset. In modern times, the corset is primarily seen in Goths, T-girls, members of the BDSM communities.

Corsets primarily came into fashion following the cheese wars of the 1920's. During this period, it was necessary for women to have tight waists in order to negate the efficiency of the new cheddar sniping tactics of the Stormportians. Following a major tradgedy in the whalebone factory, it became far more profitable for the corset manufacturers to make the corsets from poodle bones, a practice that continues to this day. Prince Edward, Wombles, and George 'I don't drink and drive' Bush are all famous wearers of corsets. In modern times, the corset is primarily seen in Goths, T-girls, members of the BDSM communities.
