Energy Cutlass Energy cutlass
rdfs:comment
An energy cutlass is a Covenant melee weapon primarily used by the Kig-Yar. It is a shard of glass-like crystal and is pink in color. The Kig-Yar use them primarily to dispatch enemies in close-quarters fights. The weapon has a self-destruct ability, causing it to explode when the sequence is activated. The Unggoy also used energy cutlasses on the Tiara during the First Battle of Harvest. A Energy Cutlass is, in fact, a cannon canon Jackal melee weapon. It's made of a glass-like crystal and it glows a pink color, similar to a Needler crystal. It explodes like a Needler crystal when it hits a soft target. It even tastes like a Needler crystal or at least that's what every Grunt likes to say. Grunts and Jackals seem to be the only ones stupid enough to use these. These may have been knives used in ceremonial Jackass drunken parties or a weapon of the Covenant that was replaced by better weapons like the Super shanker Yes, the Energy Sword. The Energy Sword seems cool and more known--who cares let's just leave it like that--the cutlass got replaced by the better Energy Sword.
