The Hood is the local pub in Plains, Clymene. It is frequently visited by Dave Leskromento, Lukas Hoffmann and Charles Jones. It is known for being across the road from the Hamlet Statue that recognizes Plains as incorporated. It is ran by the Maple Family who sometimes make a house out of it. His true identity is Lawrence Lorenzo who was hired to be the police chief by Mayor Tilton. Him and his henchmen were planning to kidnap Mayor Tilton at the Coco Bongo Club and Lt. Kellaway was appointed to head up the stakeout with his visiting mother attending. When he and his henchmen kidnap Mayor Tilton as well as Lt. Kellaway's mother, Hood reveals his identity to Mayor Tilton and states that he will dispose of him and take over Edge City. The Mask managed to find Hood's hideout in the Cornitos Chips Factory and lured every policeman there. When Hood threatens to use Mrs. Kellaway as a human shield, she manages to stomp on his foot and beat him down with her purse enough to expose Hood's identity to the other cops while Mask tricked Hood's henchmen into going into the bagging machine. Not much is known about Reddick. From what little people have gathered Reddick is a female who has black hair, blue eyes and is about 5'7. Most other facts are unknown or debatable. It was known that at some point the current Hood served under the original Hood. It was believed that Reddick stole the cloak from the original Hood and this is why she currently has it. She uses a variety of aliases for her work, the most known one being "Winter Chandler". Feared as the world's foremost villain, the Hood, so named because of his many disguises, is the half-brother of Kyrano and wields a uncanny, supernatural power over him. His criminal record indicates that he was born on 17 July 2018. Following an intensive investigation, The Hood's real name was revealed as Belah Gaat. It was manufactured in both USA and Hong Kong and came out in various Spectraflame colors with some from Hong Kong having the roof painted black (more information below). A petty thief, Parker Robbins broke into a warehouse with his cousin one night and shot and actually killed a demon residing there. Not wanting to leave empty handed, he stole the beasts' cloak and boots, enabling him to fly and become invisible while holding his breath. It was not until the Super-Hero Civil War that Robbins was able to truly put these abilities to work for him. Assembling a massive criminal empire, The Hood was largely successful in running a gang of super-villains, and slowly became addicted to the power and respect. When his abilities began to fail him, he turned to other sources of dark magic like Dormammu and the Norn Stones to give him greater power. His most recent endeavor to attempt to recover all of the Infinity Gems was thwarted by the Avengers, and he was sent back to his prison cell powerless.
