Runemages are the class of Magick users in Dragon's Gate. Of all the classes, Runemages have the strongest Spells and are the most relient on those spells. They have a very low Combat and Combat progression and have no unique class skills. However, in exchange they have the largest spell list (41 spells total) and 200 charges for their runes (twice that of Clerics). The class is broken down into five sub-classes, each with their own list of spells. They use a mammoth as mount, and the weapon of their choice is the hammer. The Runemages prefer melee combat.
