He and his group targeted a box that contained the Cromwell ”Gift” the key to rule Halloweentown and turn non-witches/warlocks into slaves. He and the other Dominion members are stripped of their magic powers and arrested by Professor Periwinkle (who was working for an Anti-Dominion movement) for their acts of treason. Silas Sinister is the main antagonist in Return to Halloweentown and he is part of the centuries-old evil organization known as the Dominion. He has three daughters named Scarlett, Sage and Sapphire, also collectively called themselves the Sinister Sisters, and his henchmen are Chancellor Goodwin and Dr. Ichabod Grogg who are too fellow high-ranking masters of the Dominion. He was portrayed by Keone Young. Silas Sinister is one of the main antagonists in Return to Halloweentown. He is the richest and most powerful warlock in Halloweentown, father of Sapphire, Saige and Scarlet Sinister and the leader of the Dominion, an evil organization that wants to rule Halloweentown.
