Puccini's note sheet was a sheet of music originally used by Giacomo Puccini in one of his operas. The Italian, infatuated with Anna Jones, personally signed it and gave it to her as a gift in 1908. Indiana Jones, Anna's son, found himself studying the sheet later that same evening, and made the observation that reading music was just like reading a book.
