Devoras (デボラス Deborasu?, 28): Able to resurrect monsters and make them immune to any fatal attack, Devouras was sent to Earth to battle the Justirisers. While battling Riseross, Devoras revives Deadler and Gillmone as all three overpower Riseross and the Seishinjuu. But once Enoh blinds Devoras, KenRiser destroys it to sends the revived monsters back into death. The Devoras was a Romulan D'deridex-class warbird that was in service with the Romulan military in the mid-24th century. In 2367, the Devoras was under the command of Admiral Mendak. In that year, the Devoras rendezvoused with the USS Enterprise-D to receive Federation ambassador T'Pel for a diplomatic mission. T'Pel was in fact a Romulan agent named Sub-Commander Selok, and the Devoras provided cover for her return to Romulan territory by fabricating a transporter accident that "killed" T'Pel. When their deception was discovered, the Enterprise-D confronted the Devoras inside the Romulan Neutral Zone. However, the Enterprise was forced to retreat with the arrival of Romulan reinforcements. (TNG: "Data's Day" ) The Devoras system could be visually seen from Space Station KR-3. In 2311, Elias Vaughn stood in front of a viewport on the space station and tested his memory, naming all the major stars he could see in Romulan space. (TLE novel: Serpents Among the Ruins) In 2381, a protest against the divide of the Romulan people was held on a planet in the Devoras system. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire) The D'deridex-class warbird RIS Devoras was named for this location (TNG episode: "Data's Day").

The Devoras system could be visually seen from Space Station KR-3. (TNG: "Data's Day" ) The Starships RPG sourcebook gives its registry as IRC 1911. One of the several D'deridex-class ships in Star Trek: Armada II was the Devoras. According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 67) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), there was a quaternary system named Devoras, which might be the possible origin for the name of this starship, in the Beta Quadrant. This system consisted of two M-class stars, a K-class star, and a F-class star.
