The Magical Community is a term used to refer to the community of good magical beings living in the world, magical realms and other planes. These beings are known to regularly interact with each other and come together in times of need. Lao Shi explains to Jake that the Magical Community has a list of 13 threats that are deemed extremely dangerous for both magical and human creatures. They are the strongest and the most evil of threats, and as such must be defeated at all costs to avoid utter chaos.
