In Vulcanus, there was a legend telling of entire valleys full of water stones in the mysterious area north of the Black Spike Mountains. A Water Stone can be obtained at the Pokemart and it can be used to evolve these pokemon: * Eevee * Staryu * Lombre * Mudkip The Water Stone is an item in Paper Mario. A Water Stone is an blue bleach colored stone that evolves: * Poliwhirl into Poliwrath * Shellder into Cloyster * Staryu into Starmie * Eevee into Vaporeon * Lombre into Ludicolo Water Stone is an item found during the Shumi Village sidequest. It does nothing at all outside of progressing the sidequest, and is found near the lake outside the Sculpture's home.
