In the early 2680s when his older brother Spenzer Roderick Jr surcombed to sickness, Franklin assumed leadership of the party while Spenzer Roderick Jr was in the hospital though never formally served the Chairman of the Fascist Authority Party. Franklin had once already served as the acting Chairman years earlier when his older brother attended an international conference in Heinrichgrad, Trigunia.
