Ministry of Justice
rdfs:comment
The Ministry of Justice is tasked with ensuring that justice is served in Lovia, and that it is served well. The ministry runs all courts, appoints all judges, and runs all prisons within Lovia. Currently, there is one court, the Supreme Court, and one prison, the Embankment Federal Penitentiary. The ministry is also tasked with running and appointing judges to all future courts that may be established in the future. The ministry must also work with the Prime Minister and Congress to ensure that justice is as good as it can be in Lovia. The Ministry of Justice is responsible for ensuring the equal delivery of justice among the citizens of a nation. Ministry of Justice was an office within the Department Tollan government. The department was responsible for the legislation, law, prosecution and various court decisions in the justice system of the Tollan society. (RPG: "Roleplaying Game") The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is a ministry in the Liberalian government. It is responsible for proposing new bills, and to tidy the law books. Despite the proposed removal of this ministries in several campaigns, it still exists per Cabinet Reformists. The Ministry of Justice maintained legal records, oversaw the details of punishments such as fines, periods of incarceration, and other penalties. It was strictly an enabler, providing administrative and bureaucratic support to Rokugani magistrates. In the Golden Empire, the Ministry of Justice was an executive department in charge of justice administration on the Empire's systems. Led by the Minister of Justice, an officer of the Grand Council of the Golden Empire, the Ministry initially had two primary divisions: the legal resource division and the corrections division. As part of the 65 Reforms, it was dramatically expanded to include the Royal Corps of Gendarmes. The Minister of Justice is essentially the presiding judge of the region. He or she is supposed to make certain all nations are playing nice, or basically step in if there's a problem and determine where to go from there. Furthermore, this position requires all handling of any challenges made on rulings, all interpretation of laws, and remain present in times of position changes, like election changes or general delegate challenges. The Ministry of Justice is a Ministry of the Russian Empire. Suceeding the College of Justice, the Ministry repersents the Empire in all court and international cases, executes and enforces laws, proscuetes and jails criminals and felons, and manages the administration of law.
