As the Negamoon Family brooded on Nemesis, a strange, shrouded wise man came to them one day, suggesting that they pay a retaliatory assault on Crystal Tokyo. He provided them with dark energy and a Dark Crystal they could use to exact revenge. The counterattack seems to work. Most of Crystal Tokyo is ruined, and what's left in ensorcelled in crystal. But something had gone wrong. First, Crystal Palace was itself inviolate because the future Sailor Scouts had erected a barrier denying them access. Second, the Silver Crystal, the one thing that could spoil their plans, was nowhere to be found. Then, they learn that Small Lady, the little heiress to Crystal Tokyo, had escaped to the past. So begins the chase through time for Rini. The Negamoon family's plan for revenge begins to evolve with this new development, as the Negamoon family seeks to corrupt the future by destroying the present day with the Dark Crystal. A stroke of luck, in the meantime, brings little Rini within his reach. He learns of a way to corrupt her by harnessing her loneliest thoughts and infusing her with energy from the Dark Crystal to transform her into Wicked Lady [Black Lady]. With his new ally, he begins the final plan to destroy the present day. Wiseman's goals, however, don't coincide fully with that of the Negamoon family. He has a darker goal and no scruples as to how to achieve it. Making himself a trusted advisor by the side of Prince Diamond, Wiseman is easily able to influence the prince's behavior for his own ends. However, Wiseman would underestimate Sapphire's ingenuity. He overheard Wiseman mention his true master, the Doom Phantom, and he is forced to take drastic steps to silence him...steps that would ultimately betray his motives to the Prince of Nemesis and forcing Wiseman to deal the prince a lethal blow. He then loses his best ally when Sailor Moon, tapping into her future self's wisdom and memory, brings little Rini back from the darkness. The worst surprise, though, is saved for last, as Wiseman confronts them personally. It's revealed that he's not the servant of the Doom Phantom...but the Doom Phantom himself...and with the power of the Dark Crystal, he can counter Sailor Moon's Silver Crystal. But then, the mystery of the missing Silver Crystal of the future is solved...when it emerges from within Rini! The Doom Phantom could not have predicted that two Silver Crystals would confront him, and he is ultimately overwhelmed by their combined power."@en . "be able to move."@en . "A potentate who lived a thousand years prior to the beginning of the series's story and one of the ultimate villains of the entire series, Wiseman is shown to be the personification of ultimate power and evil and is responsible for the deaths of billions of innocent people. According to him, a physical existence was extremely flawed and in-efficient with the body only serving to weaken one's Wings of the Heart. Thus, Wiseman himself discarded his own body to live as a more powerful being of purely Magnus energy. He saw this as the next logical step in evolution for the human race and indeed the whole world and went about sharing his breakthroughs with the magical ability to capture the magna essence of anything within cards. While this indeed led to an era of peace and prosperity, Wiseman went one step further and decried that this would be the fate of all humanity and that an existence as magnus would lead to prosperity for the entire world. Wiseman revealed he had the power to discard anyone's body and give them an existence as pure energy. He had even gained the power to make himself stronger by absorbing a person's magnus into his being, whether or not this was the eventual fate of all that he Pro-Magnated is never revealed although it is implied a great many were nonetheless At some point Wiseman also gained control over a large portion of the Earth and went about Pro-Magnating entire cities to herald in his reign of a pure magna kingdom. During this campaign, Wiseman goes from village to village and forcibly pro-magnates everybody residing within them, eventually gaining a following in Cujam, the crown jewel of his kingdom where he holds a ceremony each day to pro-magnate one person. However many did not agree with this and attempted to fight back, but Wiseman proved to be so strong that those that retaliated were killed or forcibly Pro-Magnated, including men, women, and even children and infants. He is met with particular opposition from five siblings from the village of Naos, Seph, Thoran, Marno, Pieda, and Ven, whom he overwhelms with his power when they attempt to engage him in battle. Seemingly just to spite the five siblings, Wiseman attacks their village while they are on their way back, killing nearly every man, woman, and child, leaving only one child and man turned to magnus as they did not fight back. It is this event that compels the group of five to make contact with the Dark Brethren and sell their souls to the demons in exchange for powers potent enough to stop Wiseman and his warped plans and desires once and for all. Calling themselves collectively as Malpercio, named after the hill they grew up on playing, the sibling prepare to rage war on Wiseman and his followers. File:Atria-wiseman-battle.jpg As Wiseman prepared to conquer the entire world and pro-magnate every last soul and absorb them into himself, he gathered thousands of his own followers from Cujam through manipulation and enlisted the help of the Black Dragon to bring about a massive war and pro-magnate all existence. Therefore, Wiseman was the true instigator of the War of The Gods and led an incredibly brutal and violent war, destroying entire nations and lands and murdering millions of people. After Malpercio fails to kill Wiseman and only succeeds in destroying the other gods, the people of Cujam, and cause further conflict after the Dark Brethren take control of the siblings, the Children of the Earth slaughter all five members of Malpercio and seal away a piece of each god in an end magnus. While the land is left poisoned and filled with a sea of bodies, Wiseman is shown to be devouring the hearts of hundreds of corpses when Sagi, Milly, and Guillo arrive after the battle is over. He orders Black Dragon to attack them, promising him that he will enjoy a feast of hearts, all the while simply using his heart to control the dragon as he had done with the people of Cujam. They succeed in destroying the dragon and soon after, Wiseman, ending the horrible conflict once and for all."@en . "270"^^ . "Human"@en . "Manipulation"@en . "Male"@en . . . . . .
