The March 13th Massacre is a event that is part of the Jihad War of the United States of JBR. It happened while Midwayan President Ulysses Lee was giving a speech to the people of the Union of Midway regarding the Pikachurin Search and Rescue Team, when several FNR agents appeared and shot Ulysses Lee, the bullets hit his chest and were lodged in his ribcage, near his heart. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. The FNR agents went on to start killing the civilians that had gathered to listen to the speech. In the panic that ensued, Hua Enlai, which was there to oversee security, called in the Midwayan Army and police. The March 13th Massacre is a event that is part of the Jihad War of the United States of JBR. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. The FNR agents went on to start killing the civilians that had gathered to listen to the speech. In the panic that ensued, Hua Enlai, which was there to oversee security, called in the Midwayan Army and police. Then instructed OCI agents that were already at the scene to open fire on FNR agents that were there. The Midwayan Army and police soon arrived at the scene. In the firefight that ensued 13 FNR agents were killed, including Frank Ferenczy, the leader of the FNR agents that were there and former OCI agent who deserted during the Yami War because of propaganda from the Darkest Empire. The remaining FNR members surrendered. They are to be tried in the federal court on March 14th, 2011. In the end 50 civilians were killed and another 30 civilians wounded. The large civilian casualty rate earned this event the name, the March 13th Massacre. The day was proclaimed by Emperor Zabuza Hashimoto as a day of national mourning.
