Final Destination is a horror movie franchise -- which has also spawned two comic books and six original novels -- revolving around the premise of Death's list. There are currently five films in the movie series. Every film in the series follows the same formula: a group of people -- usually teenagers -- leave the scene of an accident that proves fatal for a large number of people, due specifically to a premonition seen by a person who is the reason that the group manages to escape. While this small group survives, they were actually meant to die in the accident; Death sees to it that the survivors end up being killed off in extremely elaborate (and gory) "accidents" as part of a "list" of victims (essentially turning the natural process of death into a supernatural "slasher"). Each film culminates in an attempt from the person who saw the premonition and another person (or two) from the group to "cheat" Death and break its cycle before it can be completed. The films are not to be confused with a certain stage in a certain fighting game. Although the original film's title was inspired by a song of the same name, said song does not appear in any of the films. The only safe exit is merely 2D 2R away from the booby socket, under another blue wall. The theme of "no mistakes" is spread throughout much of Final Destination: many items are hidden in dangerous locations and monster interactions are in very close quarters. Most tedious of all is a block pushing section through a pool containing a stream of gliders, which requires a minimum of 22 blocks. So far, Tom is the only person with video recording evidence of finishing the level, although two Chipsters have been recorded to solve it. He admits that the level can be completed faster by moving the blocks on the left side through the bomb room, but this comes at a high risk of messing up the gliders' path, increasing the risk of death.
