That's Kammy Koopa. She's an evil old witch who's always helping Bowser out. Max HP is 50, Attack is 5 and Defense is 0. She uses her magic to raise her Attack and Defense or get electrified or invisible. When her HP gets low, she may also use magic to restore HP. Her magic is totally annoying, so take her out before you focus on Bowser. Still, you gotta feel for her, having to hang out with Bowser all the time... Or do you think Bowser has a harder time enduring her?

Kammy Koopa is a Magikoopa that was first introduced in the game Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64. She takes place of Bowser's old adviser, Kamek, who looked over him as a child. In the game Paper Mario, Kammy would form yellow blocks, and smash them down on her opponents. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, she is the strongest of the Magikoopas, and is explained by Goombella as the brains behind Bowser. Kammy Koopa, first introduced in Paper Mario, is an old witch Magikoopa who works for Bowser. Kammy is described by Goombario in Paper Mario as "the brains behind Bowser" and is high up in the Koopa Troopa hierarchy. Kammy oversees the Magikoopas similarly to Bowser's advisor Kamek, as one looked forward to getting a raise from Kammy for defeating Mario. However, unlike most Magikoopas, she doesn't have a fang, and instead has a square tooth on her bottom jaw. Kammy continues as Bowser's lieutenant in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In the second Paper Mario game, Kammy is the one who informs Bowser about Mario's quest to collect the Crystal Stars and that Princess Peach has been kidnapped. She then proceeds to aid Bowser in his journey to retrieve the Crystal Stars and Princess Peach, although their efforts are. At the end of the game she aids Bowser in fighting Mario and his allies in the Palace of Shadow. She is much stronger than in the first game, and many consider her the bigger threat, but she is defeated. She did not return in Super Paper Mario but may return in future games seeing as she appeared in the first two. She is the wife of Kamek. She used a magical spell to transfer the forest into the creepy enchanted mariowiki:Forest of Illusion. Then she united a bunch of Magikoopa tribes and established the Magikoopa Clan. She then plotted revenge against the royal Declair family for the execution of her husband. Kammy raised her son Kamek to be evil like her. Hundreds of years later, she ordered Kamek to kill King Martin 8th and Queen Freda. Kamek followed her orders. Prince Samuel Declaire fled to the Mushroom Kingdom.
