Very little is known of the man known as Destro. To many he is rumor no more than a whisper but to those with the money and connections he is a warlords best firend. Known to many ask the Mask in recent years he has been supplying the any terrorist or any warlord who can pay the money extermly advnaced weapons technology. Other than his business nothing esle is known of the man. It is assumed he is Eroupean. Recent movments has put him to be in Istanbul. . . With something that threaten not only nations, but hero's themselves. Destro appears as one of Stewie Griffin's toys, along with Optimus Prime and Trapjaw, in "April in Quahog". As such, he is not an official member of Cobra, but he has a thing for the Baroness, and vainly tries to talk the Cobra Commander out of his crazier ideas. What distinguishes him from his Cobra allies is that he actually has a sense of honor (albeit a skewered one), which has occasionally conflicted with Cobra's more ruthless agendas. Not much, mind you. Occasionally he dresses in leopard-prints for no purpose other than to look awesome. Destro is Cobra's weapons developer. Several iterations of the character have appeared in different series: * Destro (RAH) - the independent weapons supplier who is one of the most complex characters in the A Real American Hero series. * Destro (Sigma 6) - Cobra Commander's right-hand man in the Sigma 6 series. * Destro (Resolute) - A weapons supplier commonly allied with the Baroness in the Resolute series. * Destro (Movie) - One of the main villains of the 2009 film. * Destro (Renegades) in GI Joe Renegades The current Laird Destro has all of the ambition and arrogance of nobility with none of the education and refinement that often comes with it. A true bastard in more than one sense of the word, Alexander McCullen has an almost pathological need to prove himself worthy to the Destro clan, and will go to any lengths to achieve this goal. Born to poverty in the Midland Valley of Scotland, Alexander was raised by a single mother who spoke so little about his father that Alexander did not even know his last name, only that he was known as James. Unable to afford much in the way of education, Alexander learned from the criminals and gangs he fell in with during his youth.
