Doctor X (ドクターX Dokutā Ekkusu, 52): He repairs or scraps Ari Commands in a dock disguised as a pediatric clinic. From 1998-2000, Ted served as the Program Director for the university radio station, 88.1 WESU-FM. The radio was run on the third floor of the Student Center next to the game room. The main idea for Doctor X's persona was that it would be about Generation X and what the 'X' stands for or what the generation stands for. In The Stamp Tramp, Ted "revealed" that he was Doctor X. It was also revealed that the persona of Doctor X was not Ted's idea, but a fellow Wesleyan student's as he was "eating a sandwich." At the Monster of the Year show, Frank N. Stein met Doctor X shortly after forcing his way in. The pair talked about their last meeting at the "Mad Scientists' Car Boot Sale, when Stein sold X a pair of daytime television presenters' brains. Doctor X then introduced Stein to Terry, X's entry into the competition. Stein was amazed when he saw how quickly Terry could shrink and called Chuck D. Head to see. Unfortunately, the clumsy monster stepped on Terry and squashed him, killing the shrunken man. As Stein and company fled, Doctor X was left to mourn over the death of his creation. He later informed the judging panel that Terry was forced to withdraw due to a "sudden feeling of flatness". It is suggested that, because of this, Doctor X never did pay Stein for the two brains. Doctor X (July 17, 1970) is a Mexican luchador enmáscarado, or masked professional wrestler, Doctor X has mainly worked for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) throughout most of his career, where he won the Mexican National Welterweight Championship and the Mexican National Trios Championship, teaming with Sangre Azteca and Nitro. Dr. X was a member of Pandilla Guerreras and is currently the co-leader og Guerreros Tuareg. Dr. X has previously worked as "Dr. O'Borman, Jr." a name he licensed from the original Dr. O'Borman. Doctor X's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans.

Doctor X was first mentioned in The Possimpible because it was mentioned on Ted's resume. Ted states Doctor X was a "genius mystery DJ" and as much as he claims that the identity of Doctor X is still not known to this day, Marshall and Lily both state that everyone knew it was Ted and that his show sucked. Doctor X was known for having "happenings" to protest various things that he (or other claimed students that sent him letters) weren't happy about. One example is how the school's meal plan is racist. At the end of The Possimpible it is shown that no one went to the happening which leads us to believe that the students didn't listen to his show or didn't care. In The Stamp Tramp, Ted "revealed" that he was Doctor X. It was also revealed that the persona of Doctor X was not Ted's idea, but a fellow Wesleyan student's as he was "eating a sandwich." Doctor X (July 17, 1970) is a Mexican luchador enmáscarado, or masked professional wrestler, Doctor X has mainly worked for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) throughout most of his career, where he won the Mexican National Welterweight Championship and the Mexican National Trios Championship, teaming with Sangre Azteca and Nitro.
