Il appara\u00EEt dans Grand Theft Auto : Vice City Stories o\u00F9 il est assassin\u00E9 par Victor Vance sur un scooter pour avoir trahi Vic et Lance. C'est en r\u00E9cup\u00E9rant une voiture remplie de drogue \u00E0 la fourri\u00E8re que Vic commen\u00E7a \u00E0 travailler avec Forbes. Lance Vance servait alors d'interm\u00E9diaire avant que les trois hommes ne montent un coup pour r\u00E9cup\u00E9rer une importante quantit\u00E9 de drogue. Tandis que Vic servait de leurre, Forbes et Lance mettaient la marchandise en lieu s\u00FBr. Par la suite, ce dernier commen\u00E7a \u00E0 se m\u00E9fier de son nouvel associ\u00E9 et l'arr\u00EAta au terme d'une course poursuite. S\u00E9questr\u00E9 dans un vieil immeuble abandonn\u00E9, le flic informa les Vance de l'arriv\u00E9e d'un dealer en ville. Mais sur place, les deux fr\u00E8res comprirent qu'ils \u00E9taient tomb\u00E9 dans un pi\u00E8ge dont ils parvinrent \u00E0 s'en sortir indemnes. Ayant lu dans ses fichiers qu'une grosse cargaison allait bient\u00F4t arriver \u00E0 Vice City, Forbes fut contraint d'indiquait \u00E0 Vic et Lance un bar o\u00F9 se trouvait son contact. Sur place, les deux hommes affront\u00E8rent un gang homosexuel de la supr\u00E9matie blanche avant de retourner \u00E0 la planque. C'est \u00E0 ce moment-l\u00E0 que Forbes parvint \u00E0 s'\u00E9chapper et \u00E0 prendre la fuite en scooter. Forbes fut alors tu\u00E9 par Vic, sans avoir r\u00E9v\u00E9l\u00E9 plus d'informations sur la cargaison. Vic s'en emparera quelques temps apr\u00E8s avec Lance en pensant qu'elle appartenait \u00E0 Jerry Martinez. En r\u00E9alit\u00E9, la drogue appartenait \u00E0 Diego et Armando Mendez, deux barons de la drogue tr\u00E8s dangereux. Pour \u00E9viter des repr\u00E9sailles, les fr\u00E8res Vance utilis\u00E8rent la carte d'identit\u00E9 de Forbes et y ajout\u00E8rent la photo de Martinez, faisant croire que ce dernier \u00E9tait un agent infiltr\u00E9."@fr . He works with drug trader and blackmail them to bribe in exchange for not busting them. Lance got connections with Forbes who posed as a shady drug dealer at the time. Forbes masterminded a plan for Victor and Lance to get a large shipment of drug by stealing them from smugglers. He also came up with a clever plan for Victor to take a decoy van to lure the cops away. Eventually, Lance found out that Forbes is an undercover cop and has him at gunpoint. When Forbes' pleas failed, he punched Lance and ran away. The Vance brothers caught him and took him to an abandoned apartment to get information from him. Forbes gave them phony information about drug shipments eventually leading them to a bar filled with gay, white-supremacist bikers. Victor and Lance killed all of the bikers and went back to the apartment where they found out that Forbes escaped. They chased him ending with Victor killing Forbes. Lance was unsatisfied on killing Forbes because he has not told them where the big drug shipment would take place. Lance figured out that shipment is being delivered to Jerry Martinez."@en . .
