|} Hei Long is Chinese for "Black Dragon". Rox is a powerful female gorilla warrior and old friend of Dr Benday. She meets Mongo on her way to becoming Benday's bodyguard. Rox was a minor character in TRON: Uprising. Rox is an up-and-coming musician before he stumbled upon a makeshift laboratory (supposedly Dr. Bolton's) and ate some of Paradigm's mutating popcorn that Bolton had stolen from Paradigm's warehouse earlier in the episode "Shark 'N' Roll". Melvin goes to bed and the mutation occurs as he sleeps turning him into a mako shark. Dr. Bolton had however previously developed an antidote for the mind control serum and put it in a salt shaker. As a result of ingesting the two together, Melvin still retained his free will along with his hair. Dr. Piranoid had wanted to gene-slam all the people at a concert (which was to originally feature Melvin Kresnik) into mutants by combining popcorn with animal genes. Ultimately, the Street Sharks stopped Dr. Piranoid and Rox continued to live his life as a roc The Rox is the name given to Ellis Island after its takeover by Bloat and the jumpers. Originally built upon old ship ballast and landfill, Ellis Island wasn't a real island at all. Sometime in the 1980s jokers began squatting there, using it as a refuge from persecution by the nats on the mainland. When the massive joker called Bloat was transported to the island (presumably by towing him, thus the graffiti slogan "Bloat Floats") his powerful, but passive psionic wall kept out anyone who didn't have a strong desire to reach the island. There are multiple ways to earn Rox, these include: * Minigames * Secret Codes * Daily Challenge * Food Factory * Mystery Gifts * The Daily Growl * * Dodgy Dealz * Rox Trees * EPICS * Super Moshi Missions * Puzzle Palace * Quests * Rox Stone * Rox Flower |} The interface revolves around the file manager, or filer, following the traditional Unix view that `everything is a file' rather than trying to hide the filesystem beneath start menus, wizards, or druids. The aim is to make a system that is well designed and clearly presented. The ROX style favours using several small programs together instead of creating all-in-one mega-applications.

When the massive joker called Bloat was transported to the island (presumably by towing him, thus the graffiti slogan "Bloat Floats") his powerful, but passive psionic wall kept out anyone who didn't have a strong desire to reach the island. Developing into a powerful joker-ace by stages, Bloat was ultimately responsible for the final transformation of Ellis Island into the Rox. Over time, Bloat expanded the island with his reality altering abilities until it absorbed nearby Liberty Island as well. Initially the process was unconscious. While in a dream state or under some form of stress Bloat would spontaneously create a massive generator to provide power for the island or a twisting labyrinth of tunnels would appear beneath the island to resolve housing shortages. Eventually, Bloat was strong enough to consciously will into being massive walls and battlements about the entire island. In the process of creating his personal joker paradise, Bloat also indulged his adolescent fantasies and reshaped the Statue of Liberty into a provocative nude figure. The inhabitants of the Rox successfully fought off two separate combined attacks by the National Guard and the New York Police Department. Melvin goes to bed and the mutation occurs as he sleeps turning him into a mako shark. Dr. Bolton had however previously developed an antidote for the mind control serum and put it in a salt shaker. As a result of ingesting the two together, Melvin still retained his free will along with his hair. Dr. Piranoid had wanted to gene-slam all the people at a concert (which was to originally feature Melvin Kresnik) into mutants by combining popcorn with animal genes. Ultimately, the Street Sharks stopped Dr. Piranoid and Rox continued to live his life as a rock star (where he passes his current form as a costume) remaining close friends with fellow musician Streex. Rox was a minor character in TRON: Uprising. She was a medic program and worked with Paige and their friend. The interface revolves around the file manager, or filer, following the traditional Unix view that `everything is a file' rather than trying to hide the filesystem beneath start menus, wizards, or druids. The aim is to make a system that is well designed and clearly presented. The ROX style favours using several small programs together instead of creating all-in-one mega-applications. Rox is a powerful female gorilla warrior and old friend of Dr Benday.
