Trainee Island is the starting point for any new character in Rappelz. It is designed to be a safe place for learning about the various game systems and the user interface. A series of linked quests takes players through there paces as they learn the basics they need to survive on the Main Continent. Trainee Island is a popular location for farming for beginner job Skill Cards (dropped by Monsters level 1–9). Trainee Island in the only location in Rappelz where players are unable to active Player Kill or PK mode giving new players the ability to start the game without interruption from others.
