The regiment saw action during the Battles of Brooklyn, Valcour Island, Trenton, the Brandywine, Germantown, Monmouth, and Springfield. The regiment was furloughed June 11, 1783, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and disbanded on November 15, 1783.
