"Frederick Jean was a doctor stationed in SRPA 3. On February 12th, 1953, Dr. Jean and along with his colleagues Doctors Oscar Villamizar and Percy Kabeck discovered Cpl. Joseph Capelli in a torpid state. Jean and his colleagues tried to help Capelli but were instead assaulted by him. The doctors were saved from Capelli by the arrival of Sgt. Benjamin Warner.
