Firespray-31-class Patrol and Attack Craft Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft
rdfs:comment
The Firespray-31-class Patrol and Attack Craft is a patrol and transport starship designed by Kuat Systems Engineering for use by the Oovo IV security forces. As a prisoner transport, the ship features numerous holding cells and devices made for the most exotic of creatures. A trademark of the ship is that it lands horizontally with its engines facing the surface. When in flight, it flies vertically. The Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft was an offensive and patrol vehicle used in various scenarios. Named after a warrior that lived one hundred years before the Battle of Naboo, it was said that it could save lives on many aquatic worlds if it was not hijacked by enemy forces. The ship was an important one for bounty hunters such as those in the Fett family. After the death of Jabba the Hutt, the Slave I was located and taken by rebel pilot Gasdo Hadfo, a Human from Tatooine, and he used it until it was destroyed at the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War. The Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft, also known simply as a Firespray-class interceptor, was a patrol ship manufactured by Kuat Systems Engineering. Firesprays were used to guard and patrol the prison moon Oovo IV, while bounty hunters Jango Fett and Boba Fett piloted a customised Firespray named Slave I throughout their careers.

As a prisoner transport, the ship features numerous holding cells and devices made for the most exotic of creatures. A trademark of the ship is that it lands horizontally with its engines facing the surface. When in flight, it flies vertically. The stock ship is well armed and armored for its size, with on-board storage space and room for several passengers and/or cargo. A little faster than Koensayr's Y-wing starfighter/bomber, the ship has more than enough speed and maneuverability to intercept smugglers and other renegades.
