Tea is a trading item in Suikoden V. Like every tradable item, tea can be bought at Trading Posts. Crispin and Morowyn both like to share a nice hot cup of tea with visiters. Vlanice was known to make a nice hot cup of tea. When someone invites someone to tea, they often served with cucumber sandwiches. Jedna ze sličných Zerrikánských bojovnic doprovázejících rytíře Borcha. Kategorie:Postavy z knih Kategorie:Stubs Tea is a drink that contains caffeine like Coffee. Tea is popular in the UK and in many parts of the Commonwealth, in the Orient generally. Americans tend to prefer coffee. Unfortunately workers in the tea industry are often Extremely poor and exploited. Tea is a level 4 trade good. TEa is a tween with a good sense of humor. He is in the WarioWare Series. A crop * The plant was introduced from Jrustela in the Imperial Age Sub-Commander T'Pol was known to favor hot chamomile tea, although she occasionally drank mint tea as well. (ENT: "Fusion", "E²") In T'Pol's quarters in early 2154, she and Doctor Phlox once shared some tea together. (ENT: "Damage") The beverages that Phlox and T'Pol drink in "Damage" are not identified on screen. They were established as tea in the final draft script of "Damage", though. In the same script, the tea was implied as being a gift from Phlox to T'Pol, and Phlox noted it contained a minor quantity of Netharian space. Later in the scene, he planned to bring her some chamomile and cinnamon tea, the next morning. Unlike her shipmates, T'Pol rarely drank tea to accompany a meal during her early years aboard Enterprise NX-01. By 2155, though, she had begun to incorporate iced tea into her meals with Captain Archer. (ENT: "Babel One" The drink dispenser in the mess hall of Enterprise featured hot tea and iced tea as beverages. (ENT: "Regeneration", "Terra Prime") Saru enjoyed tea with added salt. (DIS: "Context Is for Kings") Captain Jean-Luc Picard was known for his fondness of Earl Grey tea, often ordering it from a replicator in his ready room with the phrase, "Tea, Earl Grey, hot." (Star Trek: The Next Generation) In an alternate timeline, Picard asked for Earl Grey tea from Data's maid using his usual phrase out of custom, to the amusement of Jessel. (TNG: "All Good Things..." ) Captain Hikaru Sulu enjoyed a cup of hot tea in the mornings. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country; VOY: "Flashback") Clara Sutter liked sugar with her tea. (TNG: "Imaginary Friend" ) The Klingons included tea in the Klingon tea ceremony, although it was deadly to Humans and could be at least toxic to Klingons. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder" ) Before the surface of planet Delta Rana IV was almost entirely destroyed by a Husnock warship, wild tea used to grow virtually everywhere on the planet. Rishon Uxbridge prepared tea from Delta Rana IV for an away team from the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "The Survivors" ) In 2369, Captain Picard and Geordi La Forge had some tea while "frozen in time." (TNG: "Timescape" ) In an alternate timeline, Jake Sisko offered Melanie a tea in a house where he resided in Louisiana. Since she had walked through the rain to visit him, he suggested she could use a warm drink. (DS9: "The Visitor") Neelix stocked several types of tea aboard the USS Voyager, including Terran and more exotic varieties. He himself favored herbal tea. (VOY: "Unforgettable") In addition to bread and water, Neelix also brought Dala some tea, which she used to burn him as part of an escape attempt she made. (VOY: "Live Fast and Prosper") Captain Kathryn Janeway preferred coffee over tea. At some point after becoming an admiral in an alternate future, she began drinking tea instead, giving coffee up. She stated such to her past self after traveling back through time to change history, but after once again witnessing the dedication of Voyager's crew, she again drank coffee, as she had decided to revive a few of her old habits. (VOY: "Endgame") In the novelization of "Flashback" , when Janeway comments to Tuvok "You never served me tea," he notes her preference for coffee. Though Chakotay ordered "coffee, black" from the replicator in his quarters in the episode "Scientific Method" , the call sheet for the day of filming, Wednesday 30 July 1997 , listed "very hot steamy tea" in the props section. Tea was one of the beverages that was for sell at Eats and Drinks. A disguised Doctor Rebos tried to sell some to Batman when he was sabotaging the space program. When Marvin and Wendy were flying in the Balunian spacecraft, Wendy said that flying in a saucer was really her "cup of tea. Tea has appeared several times in Sonic the Comic, although rarely as a main plot point: * In "Flip Side", Tails was hypnotised into believing he was cool and strong. After rescuing Alf Bandstand from his falling balloon, Tails flew off to the Gravel Pit Zone to pick a fight with the regulars of the Tough Tea Club. The establishment resembles a British pub, but the pumps usually reserved for beer have been replaced by teapots. To start a brawl, Tails spilled one dog's Earl Grey. * When accosted by Colonel Boldwig-Smythe and Giles in "The Fearless Monster Hunters, Igor invited the pair over to his and Chuck D. Head's table for a drink of novelty asparagus and broccoli tea. It was suggested that this was just one flavour served in the Castle View Tea Shop. * It is a custom in the Ocean Falls Zone to drink copious amounts of tea. Indeed, interrupting "elevensies" is considered to be the height of rudeness. In "Revolutionary], the Ocean Falls Zone Leader was slow to react to Nack the Weasel's invasion as assistant Harvey had just served afternoon tea. * Tea is shown to exist on Planet Granite, as Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary encouraged the Meek Tribe to serve it to the Thickskull Tribe, along with the newly-invented cucumber sandwiches. * Maude Mudd, a resident of New Tek City attempted to serve tea to her husband in "Back in the Special Zone". The cranky homeowner initially refused, but took up the offer after Society Max destroyed their house. * Roger Bodge once modified a Trooper into a robot butler, converting one of its hands into a teapot. Its original programming kicked in upon seeing Sonic the Hedgehog in "DIY Danger" and it attempted to kill him. However, Bodge's alterations conflicted with the prime objective and caused the Trooper to self-destruct. Sonic had revealed he took no sugars with his tea. * In "The Bride of Chuck D. Head", Chuck believed that Igor wanted to kill him for taking the last teabag. In reality, he just felt like chopping his head off with an axe. * Sydney Bland was drinking a cup of tea in "The Sky's the Limit" whilst watching a news programme. * Trent vowed to let Pippa join his resistance group in "Visa Vixen" should he choose to splinter from Morain. However, this just meant that she would have to make the tea. * Troopers are apparently revealed to drink tea in "Trooper Trouble", as the crashing ship is shown to contain a flash of it. * A scene from "Sun-Trap" showing an exasperated Tails carrying two cups of tea (or coffee) has been used in butchery on a number of occasions. TEa is a tween with a good sense of humor. He is in Fantendo Party and is to be in WarioWare:Wow! a game featuring his best friend, Padge. It was a common beverage on both Manticore and Grayson, but on Grayson, it was also drunk iced with lemon and sugar. After learning of this iced tea for the first time, William Alexander believed it would make an excellent summer drink and a nice surprise at his next party. Tea was a traditional beverage from Shou Lung. Two varieties were available for purchase through Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue. Tea was an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the tea plant, Camellia sinensis. After water, tea was the most widely consumed beverage in the world. It had a cooling, slightly bitter, astringent flavour which many people enjoyed. Tea is a drink featured in The Sims: Makin' Magic, The Sims 2: Bon Voyage, The Sims 3: University Life, The Sims 3 Store, and The Sims 4. __TOC__ Tea is something of a bonus character, and only appears in bonus pages. She is a non-canon student at the Court whose . skill in fourth-wall breaking has also been used to explain parts of the Gunnerverse or remind readers of past events. Tom has stated that she is not a representation of himself (something that some readers argued about since Tom's DeviantArt account is Tea-san), and the two have even been seen side-by-side in all the "Summer Holidays" pages (though Tom's face is never shown). Tea existed pre-Gunnerkrigg Court and you can find her in Tom's DeviantArt page. [Source] Tea was a kind of non-alcoholic beverage that was notably consumed by the people of Alderaan and those of Mandalore. There existed many types of tea. One was made from the florets of the Cassius tree. Another, known as Tarine tea, was served on planets as diverse as Lothal and Christophsis. Gatalenta was a planet famous for its tea. While some varieties of tea were consumed hot, others were served cold, as exemplified by the fizzy Moogan tea and the Ardees Beverage tea. Teahouses were establishments dedicated to the serving of tea. At some point during the Clone Wars, smugglers led by a Moogan named Tee Va came to Sundari, the capital city of Mandalore, where they distributed Ardees beverage tea diluted with slabin, a hazardous chemical. As a result, Tee Va's profits were doubled, but many Sundari schoolchildren became ill. However, due to to an investigation run by the Duchess of Mandalore, Satine Kryze, and the Galactic Republic Senator Padmé Amidala, Tee Va and his smugglers were arrested. When tea is not served with a meal, it is often served with biscuits and jam, something we learned from the episode The Power of Kroll, so at least that wasn’t a complete waste of time. Tea is goddamn prominent in British culture and often drank for “comfort” from the enduring pain of being lower class than the royal family (who never touch the stuff). People in Asia have been drinking tea for the last few thousand years and see where it got them? Trying their damnedest to forget their last few thousand years of history, which also describes British culture to a T, if you'll forgive the pun. Tea later came to the West via Portuguese priests and pirates who introduced to it their backwards nation during the 16th century. Drinking tea became fashionable among Britons during the 17th century, who introduced the plant to their plantations in India to bypass a Chinese monopoly. Still later, the Chinese traded tea to the British who in turn traded opium to the Chinese. At least the Chinese were able to break their opium addiction. Winner: China. While tea is a human creation, it is also enjoyed by aliens as well. Turlough for instance expressed a fondness for tea, or as he called it, "that brown liquid" during the episode The Awakening. Wait a minute, wha? “That brown liquid,” - really? Fucking hell is JNT’s era the most nonsensical ever; it was an embarrassing time to be a fan. Ok Mister Totally Stupid JNT, you tell me this, goddamn you: how the hell does Turlough forget the name for “tea,” a very small word made up of one fucking syllable and one shitting consonant? How does Turlough successfully hide his being an alien and pass as a human British Earthling schoolboy in The Bloody UK without remembering the one goddamn syllable name for tea, something that must be mentioned around him something like every fucking 30 seconds because he’s in goddamn England? How? Jesus fucking Christ… After water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world not counting Coca-Cola or alcoholic beverages. Many people over many years have written many often contradictory steps to follow for how to brew tea perfectly, but all for naught - no matter what recommendations you follow, the end result is always a cup of nearly non-potable filthy brown muck. Tea is hot water with boiled leaves in it. A secret blogger feed seems to indicate that Dr. Stephen Colbert's character, Ching Chong Ding Dong, "ruvs" tea. Other tea drinkers include every single British person in the world, every single Chinese person in the world, Jean-Luc Picard, and George Clooney. Tea is a beverage commonly drank throughout Britain. The director of the zoo made Petunia Dursley a cup of strong sweet tea while continuously apologising after the glass holding a boa constrictor vanished. When Rubeus Hagrid came to the hut on the rock, he requested a cup of tea if nothing stronger could be brought. When none was brought due to a lack of fire to heat the kettle, Hagrid snorted and made it himself, offering a cup to Harry Potter. From the main page: Do you like tea? Who doesn't! It's amazing what a dried leaf or flower can do for cold or hot water. If you love tea, this is the place for you. Help spread the love of tea by adding what you know about tea, how you like to make tea, where you like to shop for tea... Everything tea! Including recipes and poetry. __NOEDITSECTION__ __NOWYSIWYG__ Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia sinensis, an evergreen shrub native to Asia. After water, it is the most widely consumed drink in the world. Some teas, like Darjeeling and Chinese greens, have a cooling, slightly bitter, and astringent flavour, while others have vastly different profiles that include sweet, nutty, floral, or grassy notes. Tea originated in China, possibly as a medicinal drink. It came to the West via Portuguese priests and merchants, who introduced it during the 16th century. Drinking tea became fashionable among Britons during the 17th century, who started large scale production and commercialization of the plant in India to bypass a Chinese monopoly at that time. The phrase herbal tea usually refers to infusions of fruit or herbs made without the tea plant, such as steeps of rosehip, chamomile, or rooibos. These are also known as tisanes or herbal infusions to distinguish them from "tea" as it is commonly construed. The tea appeared in Horrid Henry Goes to Work. Bill tricked Henry into spiking the tea with condiments like mustard and ketchup. Tea is a typical British beverage, typically made with tea leaves and hot water. Over her years of service aboard Enterprise (NX-01), Subcommander T'Pol was served various Earth and Vulcan blends of tea both hot and cold. (ENT episodes: "Breaking the Ice", "Babel One", "E²", "Fusion", "Fallen Hero") Hikaru Sulu was fond of having a cup of tea in the morning.
