Moonbase MoonBase

Giant Leap Base was said by Greta to be the first moonbase on the Moon. (AUDIO: The Space Race) A moonbase was build on the Moon during the 21st century, with a limited crew of scientists. It was under the control of International Space Command. In 1903, after receiving a wealth of information from the future, Grigori Rasputin foresaw the lunar space station. (AUDIO: The Wanderer) At another point in the 21st century the Moonbase controlled the Earth's T-Mat system and was attacked by the Ice Warriors. (TV: The Seeds of Death) The "main focal point" of the Moonbase is the Comms Tower, a Golden Age-era relay station for communications between Earth and the rest of the Solar System. The Comms Tower's imposing height makes it useful for player navigation from other places within the Moonbase complex. Moonbase is one of the Team Skywars maps on Minecraft Central. It was released 28th August 2015. It was created by xCorymbus. The Federation warship Calnus is seen docked in Moonbase and subsequently launching from the base on its voyage to explore Milokeenia. Mankind's first space colony, built on Earth's moon in order to mine and manage raw materials for spacecraft construction. It also serves as a command post for deep-space exploration. A second base, slated to serve as a ship-building factory, is under construction in lunar orbit. Moonbase Comics is a subset of Pandora comics. When Pandora experienced a breakup in 2005, a number of comics, including those belonging to Oren Otter and Ellie Dachshi regrouped to form Moonbase Comics. Other former members joined to form Orbiter Comics. Orbiter was soon rejoined with Moonbase as a seperate section for artists who did not wish to become heavily involved in the group and had no need of "frills". This officially re-created Pandora comics. MoonBase is a World Builder League moon designed by the A-Team, prominently featuring the return of Classic Space. Years after the moon was first discovered by a Lunar Lander, Classic Space Command set up the MoonBase Command Center as a small mining installation of the Lunar Mining Corps. The MoonBase's purpose is to mine Imaginatium, a crystal that can be refined into fuel rods that provide a highly-efficient, clean, and powerful source of energy for both the MoonBase and the home planet.

n19:abstract
MoonBase is a World Builder League moon designed by the A-Team, prominently featuring the return of Classic Space. Years after the moon was first discovered by a Lunar Lander, Classic Space Command set up the MoonBase Command Center as a small mining installation of the Lunar Mining Corps. The MoonBase's purpose is to mine Imaginatium, a crystal that can be refined into fuel rods that provide a highly-efficient, clean, and powerful source of energy for both the MoonBase and the home planet. Shortly before players' arrival, Piratron raided the MoonBase. As a mining station, the MoonBase has little defense, but was able to shoot down a Piratron Scout Ship. However, the Scout Ship was carrying a Grabble, which fed upon Imaginatium and reproduced quickly. Before Classic Space Command could react, the entire MoonBase was infested with Grabbles. Players travel to the MoonBase via Starbase 3001 and meet Commander Han Nibble, who assigns them missions to help Classic Space Command recover from the Grabble infestation. These missions include collecting Imaginatium fuel rods, assisting 2by3, and smashing Grabbles. These missions reward players with a Moonbase Rocket. (AUDIO: The Wanderer) Circa the 2050s, the Gravitron (a device capable of gravitationally manipulating the tides on Earth and through them its weather) was installed. By the 2070s, it was connected to the Earth by monthly shuttle rocket runs. In 2070, the base seemed to be struck by a disease. This was in fact a prelude to an attack by the Cybermen. The Cybermen wanted to take the base and use the Gravitron to destroy life on Earth, eliminating it as a threat. They failed, and though the normal operations of the Gravitron were briefly disturbed, eventually it resumed normal operations. (TV: The Moonbase) At another point in the 21st century the Moonbase controlled the Earth's T-Mat system and was attacked by the Ice Warriors. (TV: The Seeds of Death) In the 2190s, the Moonbase was still cut off from the Earth following the Dalek invasion. (AUDIO: An Earthly Child) However, the human colonists stranded in the Moonbase were rescued shortly afterwards. (AUDIO: Quinnis) There was a Moonbase Academy in the 24th century. (PROSE: The Dimension Riders) Moonbase is one of the Team Skywars maps on Minecraft Central. It was released 28th August 2015. It was created by xCorymbus. Moonbase currently exists as the "premium level" for its member comics, reserved for those who are willing to put a lot of effort into the group and offering more services in return. The Federation warship Calnus is seen docked in Moonbase and subsequently launching from the base on its voyage to explore Milokeenia. The "main focal point" of the Moonbase is the Comms Tower, a Golden Age-era relay station for communications between Earth and the rest of the Solar System. The Comms Tower's imposing height makes it useful for player navigation from other places within the Moonbase complex. Mankind's first space colony, built on Earth's moon in order to mine and manage raw materials for spacecraft construction. It also serves as a command post for deep-space exploration. A second base, slated to serve as a ship-building factory, is under construction in lunar orbit.
