Clay had no powers but, was athletic. Weird Girl thinks he could see the future but, really he wasn't. He appears when Sparky saw him and chased him and broke Mr Burgermesiter's flamingo and blamed on Sparky. At the end he was transformed into a Vampire Cat and kidnapped Elsa and got defeated by the windmill stick and dies.
