Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen (born January 1-March 18, 1989) from a possible future became a powerful armored speedster known as Savitar. Self-named after the Hindu God of Motion, Barry proclaims himself to be the "God of Speed" and the "ruler" of the Speed Force as well as the Future Flash, being one of the fastest known speedsters in the Multiverse. He was also called the Dark Lord by an acolyte of his cult, which he led himself through an avatar known as Alchemy, preparing worlds for his arrival. According to stories and myths learned by Jay Garrick, it appears that he is the first meta-human speedster in the multiverse. In the future he is considered by many to be the Flash's greatest enemy, even more so than Reverse-Flash and Zoom. At some point, Barry encountered his past-self and the two battled each other until past Barry managed to defeat future Barry, sealing him away in the Speed Force itself. Abra Kadabra even stated that out of all of the Flash's foes, Savitar is the only one who has truly emotionally broke the Flash. Due to Flashpoint, Savitar detected the changes in the timeline and started to manipulate those who were meta-humans in Flashpoint in order to free himself from the Speed Force with the help of a possessed Julian Albert, another Alchemy and the Philosopher's Stone which gave him his abilities. After manipulating Wally West, who was a speedster known as the Flash in Flashpoint, Savitar managed to escape from the Speed Force and resumes his feud with the Flash. Savitar later forms an alliance with Killer Frost and reveals his identity to her, and soon enough, to Team Flash. A Cold War pilot for a third-world nation, the man who would become known as Savitar was to test a supersonic fighter jet. As he reached top speed, his plane was struck by what appeared to be lightning, and he went down in hostile territory. Discovering he could defeat the enemy by moving at super speed, he became obsessed with speed, naming himself after Savitr, the Hindu "god of motion", and dedicating his life to unlocking its secrets. As Savitar studied, he discovered new powers that no other living speedster has mastered. He can protect himself in a null inertia force field, give speed and kinetic energy to objects or people, even those in a rest state, and could also heal his own injuries almost instantly. Savitar's obsession gained followers, and he became the leader of a cult. In search of more knowledge, he sought out the only super speed hero operating at the time: Johnny Quick. This encounter became a battle, the tide of which was turned with the arrival of Max Mercury, who led Savitar toward the Speed Force, but caused him to bounce off. One of the universe's last remaining Chthonians. Savitar is an interesting... something. No one, not even Acheron, is exactly sure what or who he is. The man likes to be a vague myth, but his calm exterior belies the turmoil beneath. He can be volatile and deadly. Some say he was born human while others deny there’s anything human about him at all. He is dangerous and mysterious. Truly he is a being unto himself. More powerful than Zeus, more wise than Solomon, he keeps his own company and prefers it that way. He lives on his mystical island Neratiti, which is constantly moving and is unseen by mankind. No one may visit Neratiti without an invitation. The meetings of the Omegrion are held here. File:Savitar2.gif Write the text of your article here!
