Betelgeuse's girls \"will knock you off your feet\", according to a chant recited by crowds outside the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation Teleport Systems factory on Happi-Werld III. The traditional space livery of the Betelguese trading scouts was green. Betelgeuse V is the birthplace of Ford Prefect and Zaphod Beeblebrox. Apparantely, since they are both different, Zaphod Beeblebrox's family may have been immigrants. Also Ford Prefect's family might have been native to Betelgeuse V or even the Betelgeuse system. The idea of Zaphod's family having been immigrants does give a explanation of what a Semi-cousin might be, it might be a person from a different family but they share the same regional or national identity so they are some what related conconsidering that their Betelgeuseian idenity makes them in a sense \"part of a bigger extended family\" So a \"semi-cousin\" could really just be a term that means (\"citizen or national\" of Betelgeuse). Betelgeuse VII is where Ford Prefect's father was born, and where a Hrung collapsed on, killing all the people who could speak in the dialect that Ford Prefect's name was spoken in. Therefore, since his own son could not pronounce his own name, Ford Prefect's dad died of shame, and the kids nicknamed him IX (the roman numerals for the number 9), the meaning of IX was 9 words meaning, \"boy who did not know what a Hrung was\", lith his last name being VIII and his last name meant \"or why it (a hrung) should collapse on Betelgeuse Seven\". New Betel is not known to be in the vicinity of Betelgeuse. This planet has a cafe in which Zaphod Beeblebrox and Hotblack Desiato practiced really bad songs for Disaster Area.
