Landlord
rdfs:comment
When a Sim first enters an apartment lot, the landlord will come to greet them and will wait until the player chooses an apartment. Then the landlord will want the Sim to sign the rental agreement and pay the rent. Landlords will come every day to repair broken objects, do the gardening and clean outdoors. They will also throw an apartment party every Saturday, where they order pizza (or grill if a barbeque is present in a communal area), while other neighbors socialize. If a Sim has a high enough relationship with the landlord, they have a good chance that their rent will be reduced. This Landlord was taken to court in Attica by his Tenant. She refused to pay her rent because he was negligent in repairing the residence. Iolaus, in disguise as King Orestes, was able to resolve the dispute. Wishing to hypnotise the entire planet into worshipping him, Robotnik began an experiment on a small village. The operation then began, with Mesmer careful not to hypnotise his employer.

The Landlord was a burly looking exile who is seen near a construction site in Creston Heights (-1016, 13, 558). The Landlord is a character in Smosh and was the main antagonist of Charlie the Drunk Guinea Pig 1 and a secondary antagonist of 3 and 3.5. He is an underling of Kim-Jong il. Name: Unknown, referred to as Landlord Origin: Kung Fu Hustle Gender: Male Age: Unknown Classification: Human Martial Artist Powers and Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed and durability, qi control, master of martial arts Attack Potency: Small Building level via power-scaling Speed: Hypersonic (Was playing around with The Harpists. Landlord and Landlady opened the car doors of Brother Sums car, threw the driver out, sat down in the car and closed the doors before Brother Sum or anyone else noticed what happened) Striking Strength: Small Building Class (Played around with The Harpists, and should be comparable to his wife) Durability: Building level (Took hits from The Beast) Stamina: Very high, able to fight The Beast for a lengthy period of time Range: Melee range Standard Equipment: Nothing notable Intelligence: Expert at martial arts Weaknesses: None notable * Taijiquan: Trained to the point where he is able to deflect blows aimed directly at him away from his body, move with the lightness and grace of a falling feather, and evade most attacks anyone can bring to bear against him. Wishing to hypnotise the entire planet into worshipping him, Robotnik began an experiment on a small village. The dictator hired Mesmer to put every resident of a secluded village in a trance, forcing them to believe in a Moon Goddess. In order to keep a close on proceedings, Robotnik dressed up as a large rooster and pretended to run the local pub (with the previous owner's whereabouts unknown). The operation then began, with Mesmer careful not to hypnotise his employer. Knuckles the Echidna soon stumbled across the pub during his return to the Floating Island and asked for a place to stay. The "landlord" initially appeared to be unsure of the visitor but hid it under a facade of a warm welcome. He ordered Seth and Maurice to carry Knuckles' chest to his best room before offering him a pint of his best beer. That night, the landlord took part in a sacrificial parade but took care to hide in the back of the mob, his face covered even further by a carnival sun mask. Along with the others, he caught up with Knuckles following his rescue of the young sheep and dragged him away to his death. During the burning of Knuckles' prison, the landlord again remained at the back of the group and opted not to chase him when the cage started to roll towards the river. Knuckles was subsequently able to break the spell by stealing Mesmer's staff, causing the disguised Robotnik to look decidedly shifty. From behind a tree, Robotnik appeared and removed his disguise, ending the charade. He first appeared in "Charlie the Drunk Guinea Pig," in which he was the true antagonist. He arrived for his rent money. Charlie, however, spent it all on booze, and he threatened to throw Mr. Stabby, a knife, at the landlord if he doesn't stop complaining. Frightened for his life, the landlord leaves, saying that the rent was on him. But he soon came back in with a rifle to get his money, but Charlie stabbed him with Mr. Stabby. He returned in "Charlie the Drunk Guinea Pig 3." After receiving his rent money, it is revealed that the landlord is actually a North Korean spy working for Kim Jong-il, who wanted to capture Charlie for some reason. He eventually received a special device to capture Charlie from his excellency, which is really a vacuum cleaner, and he and his master laugh evilly together. In "Charlie the Drunk Guinea Pig 3.5," the landlord tried to capture Charlie and he saw him in a robot avatar of Ian. Thinking it was the real Ian, he said, "What the hell?", and Charlie accidentally threw Mr. Stabby at him again. When the landlord did manage to get to Charlie, the vacuum hole was too small to suck Charlie in. After the vacuum overloaded, he fled and Charlie threw Mr. Stabby at him, only to hit Ian instead. The landlord ran away laughing, but Charlie caught up with him and stabbed him again after Anthony switched the vacuum from suck to blow which sent Charlie flying into the air. The landlord is officially dead. This Landlord was taken to court in Attica by his Tenant. She refused to pay her rent because he was negligent in repairing the residence. Iolaus, in disguise as King Orestes, was able to resolve the dispute. The landlord is Mario and Luigi's landlord. He first makes his appearance heard in Operation: Blind Storm, giving Mario and Luigi 90 days to pack up their stuff as he is evicting them. Landlords can even marry and move in with a Sim, and they will be replaced by a new Landlord. The pre-made landlords are the same for every neighborhood, but they will have randomly assigned names in each game. Landlords are visually identical to Boris.
