Sie brachten die Bewohner Mazticas dazu ihm immer mehr O The Ancient Ones, or at least statues of their likeness, can be found in Gobi's Valley in Banjo-Kazooie. The first statue rises from the ground in between Jinxy and the nearest pyramid. Banjo and Kazooie must fly through the ring on its head using the Flight Pad on Jinxy's back to make the next Ancient One statue appear. Doing the same for all four statues rewards the pair with a Jiggy. The Ancient Ones, also called the "Ancients" are a mysterious and terrifying race of gods and the true main antagonists in the 2012 comedy/horror film The Cabin in the Woods. Eons ago, they lived on Earth and ruled all long before humans. They sleep under the earth and require blood from a series of ritual sacrifices to stay sleeping for at least another year. In the case the ritual fails, they will wake up and destroy all of humanity. Ancient Ones is a term used to describe the ancient Eternians who placed their secrets within Castle Grayskull. ("The Arena") Among the technology created by the Ancient Ones was a bioweapon called the Abronath, a massive fleet of Swarm ships (as well as drones to pilot them), and equipment capable of rejuvenating the user through energy transference, forcibly draining the life from another person and assimilating some of the victim's DNA in the process. The Ancient Ones are a supernatural race that are allegedly older than The Darkness and the other Thirteen Artifacts. Valko Balakov is the only Ancient One to appear to date. The Ancient Ones, also known the Ancient Spirits, Powerful Spirits of the Past or Most Honoured Ones of Old, are spirits who were once worshipped by the Clan, long ago, before they began revering totem spirits above all other spirits. The Ancients are still known to mog-urs and are very rarely called upon during religious ceremonies, in special circumstances. The Ancient Ones were believed to be supernatural beings of great power by the Nexalans, but they were actually drow. The Ancient Ones are characters mentioned in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. According to the Happy Mask Salesman, they are an ancient tribe that used Majora’s Mask in their hexing rituals. The mask caused a lot of trouble in their possession, however; so, fearing a catastrophe, the Ancient Ones sealed it away in shadow, preventing its misuse. For reasons unknown the tribe vanished prior to the events of the game. The Ancient Ones were the oldest and wisest life forms in the Edgeworld: first was the Sanctaphrax rock, representing the Earth element; then came the Great Blueshell Clam, representing the element of Water; and the last one was the Caterbird, representing the Air. They were the first glisters to take a defined shape. All of this was explained to Nate in "The Immortals" by the Caterbird. Later, Free Glades students including Cade Quarter learnt the above chant in the junior academies of the Cloud Quarter. They were an advanced civilization, which using intellect, created the Cliffs of Logic, as a test to those worthy enough to master the riddles chiseled onto its face. The Ancient Ones' culture inhabited the Isle of the Sacred Mountain perhaps as much as a thousand years before Caliphim's rule of the Green Isles. It was a time before the "kingdom"; the Ancient Ones existed alone in the sea. The Ancient Ones had an advanced, mysterious culture. They possessed knowledge and mechanical acuity far surpassing anything that exists in the present Kingdom. The Ancient Ones were a race of perfectly-evolved winged humans that populated the Milky Way and surrounding galaxies many millennia ago. Most of their legacy has been worn away with time, though a few remain, notably the Cave of Trials on Borendil. The ancient ones were the first puffles. THere was said to be four of them: The Great ones ruled over Club Penguin from the Hidden Valley. They were there for thousands of years, said to be immortal. The Ancient Ones were an organization of humans from a planet in the Vagadarr system who were the ancestors of the Old Ones. The Old Ones were the parents of the two tribes known as the Mud dwellers and Rockhawkers.

The Ancient Ones were believed to be supernatural beings of great power by the Nexalans, but they were actually drow. The Ancient Ones were a race of perfectly-evolved winged humans that populated the Milky Way and surrounding galaxies many millennia ago. Most of their legacy has been worn away with time, though a few remain, notably the Cave of Trials on Borendil. The Ancient Ones were revered once by the clan, but they have not worshipped them for a long time; Creb claims that these spirits have not been invoked "since the early mists of our [the Clan's] time". Most of the Clan do not remember the Ancient Ones, though they are known to the mog-urs. Unlike totems, the Ancient Ones are apparently female spirits, as they are stated as having feminine names, and seem to embody elements of nature. Known Ancient Ones include Oooha, the Spirit of Wind, Zheena, the Spirit of Rain and Eeesha, the Spirit of Mists. This is presumably because the Ancient Ones were worshipped at a time when Clan women hunted alongside the men. The Ancient Ones are very powerful spirits, with even Creb fearing them, as he worries that by invoking them, they may choose to linger and upset the order of things. However, he decides that they should leave after the invocation, once the totems tell them their is no longer any place for them here. The Ancient Ones are only mentioned in The Clan of the Cave Bear, when Creb enacts a ritual to make Ayla the Woman Who Hunts, calling upon the Ancient Ones to bless her and accept her as their own. This is due to the fact Ayla's Cave Lion totem appears to want her to hunt and the clan dares not defy him, even if they do not fully understand why the Ancient Ones have apparently chosen Ayla to walk their long-forgotten path. Among the technology created by the Ancient Ones was a bioweapon called the Abronath, a massive fleet of Swarm ships (as well as drones to pilot them), and equipment capable of rejuvenating the user through energy transference, forcibly draining the life from another person and assimilating some of the victim's DNA in the process. When the USS Franklin crashed on Altamid in 2164, the three survivors – Balthazar Edison, Anderson Le, and Jessica Wolff – found the Ancient Ones' cache of technology and began using it for their own purposes, raiding passing ships to capture and drain their crews while searching for the missing half of the Abronath. (Star Trek Beyond) The ancient ones were the first puffles. THere was said to be four of them: The Great ones ruled over Club Penguin from the Hidden Valley. They were there for thousands of years, said to be immortal. The Ancient Ones, or at least statues of their likeness, can be found in Gobi's Valley in Banjo-Kazooie. The ancient statues appear to be pranksters of some sort. This is shown as when the player goes through the first ring they say that flying through all of the rings will defeat Gruntilda. After Banjo does so they admit that they were kidding and give him the Jiggy. Their faces also resemble Banjo in a way, so it is possible they could be Banjo's great ancestors. Ancient Ones is a term used to describe the ancient Eternians who placed their secrets within Castle Grayskull. ("The Arena") The Ancient Ones are characters mentioned in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Much is still unknown about the Ancient Ones. Scholars of the Winged Ones painstakingly sift through the few documents they have obtained to learn more of this race from which they believe they may have come. It is believed that Ancient Ones achieved flight without wings. It is a matter of much debate whether or not the Ancient Ones themselves possessed the power of flight. Despite their theology, the remains of the Ancient Ones do not bear the wings that distinguish the Isle of the Sacred Mountain's current inhabitants. The Winged Ones firmly believe the Ancient Ones flew without wings, thus proving themselves superior even to the Winged Ones themselves. Some scholars on the Isle of the Crown, however, believe that the Ancient Ones could not fly, and that their obsessive interest in flight and their secret knowledge enabled them to create a winged race, the descendants of whom are the Winged Ones. Ah, but such things we will never know for certain, for true understanding was buried along with the last of that long-dead race. The Ancient Ones were already legend when people first withdrew from the Other World, and were the precursors of the Winged Ones. These now-dead creators of the winged race have left the remains of their great works scattered all over, and below, the Isle of the Sacred Mountain. They live only in these, and their writings. Many were buried in the Catacombs of the Ancients. The artifacts of the Ancients Ones are fiercely guarded by the Winged Ones and are studied by scholars of that race who spend their whole lives trying to unravel their mysteries. The ancients spoke and wrote in an ancient variation of the common language of Daventry; they used two alphabets: one that was essentially the same as more modern version of the language and another that was more runic and used for ceremonial purposes. The Ancient Ones were an organization of humans from a planet in the Vagadarr system who were the ancestors of the Old Ones. The Old Ones were the parents of the two tribes known as the Mud dwellers and Rockhawkers. The Ancient Ones are a supernatural race that are allegedly older than The Darkness and the other Thirteen Artifacts. Valko Balakov is the only Ancient One to appear to date.
