Deacon Peak, or Ski Hill due to Club Penguin law, is an all-recreation purpose mountain in Club Penguin that is the hotspot for sledding and views of Club Penguin. A section of the Deacon Peak is hidden to outsiders and most believe it is Pen Chi's hiding spot. Deacon Peak is highly popular and is considered a national monument in 2008. Deacon Peak is 60m in height, with a ski lift installed for easier access. Surprisingly, several slopes of the mountain are steep while others are smooth. The Ski Hill (formerly known as the Mountain) was a snowy hill in the northwest corner of Club Penguin Island. The Ski Village lied at its base, and the Ski Lift could've been used to scale the hill quickly. Due to the snowy slopes and high elevation, penguins often sled down here, in the game Sled Racing. Express Piste ist etwas schwerer als die Hasen Piste. Hier können nur 2 Pinguine spielen, genauso wie bei der Hasen Piste. Die Pinguin Abfahrt-Piste ist vom Schwierigkeitsgrad her mittel-schwer. Man kann hier mit 3 Pinguinen zusammen spielen.

The Ski Hill had four tracks, each progressively more dangerous: Bunny Hill, and Express, Penguin Ruin, and Ridge Run. There was also a Test Track, which was the most dangerous of all, and was only accessible in missions. Additionally, a Game Upgrades catalog was located here, which sold different kinds of sleds.
