Growing ever more concerned about their son's absence, King Max and Queen Alicia send Sonic and Sally to assist Geoffrey St. John and Hershey on their mission to locate Prince Elias. Meanwhile, Geoffrey and Hershey have tracked Elias down in Feral Forest, but their plane is under attack by Dr. Eggman's forces. In the forest, a man named Joss discusses his daughter's pregnancy with a neighbor when they notice a crowd running by. Joss, overhearing that a plane had crashed nearby, decides to check it out. His daughter, Meg, heads to the backyard to speak with her husband, who turns out to be none other than Elias. "The Prince & The Revolution" - Chapter Two Geoffrey addresses the people of Feral Forest, introducing himself and Hershey and warning the community about Dr. Eggman's army approaching their home. He implores them to fight for their land. While the crowd eagerly embraces the idea, Elias walks away, thinking to himself that Geoffrey's talented at making bad ideas sound good. Meg tries to talk with Elias, but he tells her he's tired of war and politics, prompting her to wonder why he refuses to tell her about his past. Some time later, Elias contemplates the futility of running away from his responsibilities when Meg brings Hershey and Geoffrey into their home as guests. They're shocked to find their prince and immediately kneel in reverence. "The Prince & The Revolution" - Chapter Three Elias begins packing his bags, preparing to flee the area with Meg. Geoffrey pleas for Elias to listen to reason, but Elias lashes out, exclaiming that he refuses to take orders from him. Just then, a group of E-105 Series robots burst through the wall, and Geoffrey asks Elias if he would prefer to take orders from Dr. Eggman. Eggman stands before the group and swarm of E-105s, gloating over his apparent victory. He cackles over his luck in capturing King Max's son, daughter-in-law, and unborn grandchild all at once when he notices a few of his E-105s falling apart. Sonic and Sally appear, but Eggman isn't intimidated. He leers at the heroes, telling them they're outnumbered, when a mob of Feral Forest citizens arrive to help take out the robots. After a long battle, Eggman flees the scene with his E-105 army reduced to scrap metal. Sally and Elias have an emotional reunion, but Elias explains to his sister that he doesn't intend to return to Knothole. He tells her that he's come to enjoy the simple life of a woodcutter and wants his child to enjoy that kind of life as well. Despite their differences, Meg invites the group to stay for dinner.
