John Bedford Lloyd played Lloyd Russell on the episode Post Hoc, Ergo Propter Hoc. He also starred in the movies The Manchurian Candidate, The Bourne Supremacy, The Hoax, Winter Passing and The Abyss. John Bedford Lloyd (born January 2, 1956 in New Haven, Connecticut) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order. Often typecast as lawyers, brokers, or other middle-class professionals, Lloyd made his film debut in John Landis' 1983 comedy Trading Places (starring Eddie Murphy, with cameos by Muppet performers Frank Oz and Richard Hunt). Subsequent films included The Abyss, Philadelphia, Nixon, The Manchurian Candidate (2004), The Bourne Supremacy, and The Hoax. In television, he played the principal role of station manager Victor Comstock on the old-time radio themed ensemble comedy-drama Remember WENN and appeared on All My Children as Warren Dunn in 2001. Guest credits include the Law & Order franchise (several appearances, often as attorneys), The West Wing, Spin City, and Remington Steele.
